Did You Know?
What technologies do you use every day? Which classes have you used technology in most often? Which technology do you most enjoy using? Why? Which fact in the video do you find most surprising? What is the author's purpose in creating this video? What music could you suggest that the author use instead of the music that is currently used? What images would you include? What piece of technology would you like to own that you currently do not have?

I use the computer,telephone,mp3players,microwaves,and t.v. I would have to say I would use technology in English. I love to enjoy all of the technology I listed above. Because on the computer you can do everything, on the telephone you can talk to your friends and family, on your mp3players you can listen to your favorite songs by your favorite artists, and on microwaves you can cook cold food and drinks to hot and ready food and drinks, and finally the t.v you can watch and hear your favorite shows and music. The most interesting fact that I seen was the one that said there is over 160 million people registered users on Myspace (as of September 2006). I think what the author's purpose of doing this was to try to tell alot of people alot of interesting facts that they probably didn't know. I think instead of the music played the author could have used Dynamite, by Taio Cruz. I would have put alot of images on for every time the slide would have went on to the next. I would have put people getting married, the technology from the past to the technology we use today. I would have to have a cell phone or at least I would like one.

I use my computer, ipod touch, cell phone on a daily basis. I also play my ps3 a lot but not really as much since school started. I enjoy my ipod touch the most because I can listen to music, watch movies and surf the web. I found it fascinating that England was so much more advanced than the United States back in the 1900s. The author wanted to show that technology one day may out do man and by this I mean if they are making computers to do all the human brain can we are all in trouble because there may be fewer jobs. I think the author should have used Jay Z. Forever Young. I would have included images of China, England, computers, and fiber optics. I would like to have a lap top computer so that I wouldn’t have to wait on my brother to finish his homework on our desktop computer.
The technologies I use on a daily basis is my iPod touch, my cell phone, and I also play games on my ps3. I use technology most often in English because we do book reports, power points, and etc. on the computer. I most enjoy using my ps3 because you can watch TV shows, movies, play games, and surf the web. I found the fact about China becoming the number one English speaking country in the world. The author’s purpose is to show how the world’s people and countries are changing and becoming more advanced. He could use the song Secrets by One Republic because some of the facts most people wouldn’t know. I would include images of modern day technology and drawings of what people think future technology will look like. I would like to own a Mac computer because they are faster and more high-tech. I would also like to have a laptop so I can have a computer to take when I go on vacation.

I use my mac, iphone, wii, and watch tv almost every day. The class that I use technology the most is probably Tech-Ed because we are always on the computer in that class. My favorite technology is my IPhone because I use it for everything and if I get bored I can play a game on it. The thing I find most surprising is that during that video 361 kids were born in India. I think the purpose was to show how much our world is changing and how it is doing it. He could have used Just the Way You Are by Bruno Mars. They could have used images of some new things that have come out recently such as the Iphone4. I would like to have an Ipad.

What technologies do I use every day? Well my cell phone my computer and IPod. In tech ed, English, and math is the class I used technology the most. The technology I like the most is the internet it helps me with school and I can do a lot of thing on it. The most surprising thing in the video was how many babies that would be born during the video. To show people what the purpose is for technology and what you can learn with technology. I think the author should have used music that would be more popular. Then people would know that the author is trying to make a point. I would put funny pictures in that go with the information then more people with watch it.
In my everyday life , I use technologies a lot. Everyday I use my cell phone , I Pod , and my laptop. In my school classes we use technologies most of the time , but the one class that we have used a technology in most often would be English class. I enjoy using my laptop because , it can surf the web and so many other things that i love to do when i get home from school . Such as facebook . The thing that i found surpriising was that when it said How many kids were born in India , China , and U.S . Only 60 kids are born in the US . 244 babies will be born in China , and 351 babies will be born in India . I think that the authors purpose in this video was to show you that one day in the future that technologies may became smarter than man kind and the human brain . So with all these facts ... we may be in for a bumpy ride.! If I had to use a different type of music thaqn the author used . I would have used the song Make A Wave by Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas :). I would definitely add more pictures to the video . Such as pictures of the culture of the places that they were talking about . Right now I wish that I could own the new IPad . Well I really don't need the new IPad , because i have the IPod touch and the IPad is just a bigger version of the IPod . But I would still like to have the IPad .

I use so much technology every day, such as my cell phone and iPod. I'm even typing this blog on my laptop right now! This year, I use the most technology in French, because my teacher is not even in the classroom with me and I'm learning! I enjoy using my phone the most because I honestly never put it down unless I have to. It's pretty much my whole life in the palm of my hand. The fact that I found the most surprising was that if MySpace was a country it would be the 11th largest in the world. I think that the author's purpose in creating this video is to show people how much the world has changed and how it will continue to keep changing. In my opinion, the music really helped me grasp what the 60s were like, but if the author wanted to modernize the video, they could use some of the top 10 songs of today. The current most popular song in the world is STILL Love the Way You Lie by Eminem and Rhianna. I would include pictures of popular hang out spots in the 60s. I would like to own a new laptop because unfortunately I broke mine :)

I use the computer, cell phone, television, I-pod, Franklin, calculators, and many more inventions every day of my life. I would say Math is the subject where the most inventions are used like the computer, calculator, and Franklin. I use the computer the most often because I can do homework, get organized, chat with friends, and play games and music. The most interesting fact that I noticed was that China will become the number #1 English speaking country in the world. That means a country other than the United States will be speaking our language more than us. I believe the author’s purpose for this video was to compare past, present, and future inventions in the world and to show us how far we have come in technology. He also wanted to explain what the future will bring us. I think that instead of the music played in the video, I would have used the music from the Stars Wars movies. For each slide I would have posted a picture that relates to the fact in some way. I would have included inventions that will change sports in the future. I would really like to own an I-pad the most!

The electronics I use are the T.V, my MP3 Player, My computer, my D.S, my Wii, My X-box, and much more. You would expect this but I would use electronics most in Explorer Tech(Tech Ed). The electronic I enjoy using the most is my X-box 360 Live because I can download games from the internet, play with other people from around the world, and much much more!! The fact I found most amazing was "The 25% of the population in China with the highest IQ's is greater than the total population of North America." I think that the authors purpose in making this video was to show how smart computers are, and will be. The song that he could have used is "Material World" by The Police. I would put an image of someone on an electronic or an electronic itself. I would like to have a new kind of D.S. that hasn't come out yet called the 3DS.

It would go perfectly with the video. I would include images of technology throughout the year and how it has changed. If I could have any piece of technology that I don’t currently own, I would want a blackberry, but other than that I’m pretty satisfied with the things I have.

On a normal day, I use the TV, laptop, cell phone, and house phone. Those are for enjoyment, but somedays I use the microwave, oven, heater, laundry machines, and dishwasher. I use the laptops and pcs mostly in language class. I enjoy using the laptop most because I can use it for research in my classes. The most interesting fact I thought was that China will soon be the world's #1 english speaking country. That freaked me out because they speak chinese, but they do have a lot of more people than us. So, if they all learn english, they will out number us. The author's purpose in creating this video is tell the people that the world is changing and changing. It can sometimes be good or bad. Personally, I thought the music fit the video because it gave an eery feeling. I would choose "Mr. Roboto" as the song for the video because its about technology. I would choose pictures of the world, technologies, and crouds of people. I would want to own the iphone 4 becuase it has so many apps you can use.
Everything in this video i mostly use.Well the electronics anyway.I like this blog because it told alot of things i didnt know an that were intresting.I like learning about technology and stuff like that.I especially like knowing things like this for maybe some career i have one day or if it comes up again in school I dont know I just was intrested in this blog for reasons that is just hard to explain.I would have to say my favorite fact is about the laptops because I really like using laptops they are fun and you can play games on them.The main point is that I liked learning the stuff that I didnt know in this blog and that it could be useful one day.

English class is the class that I use technology the most in. I enjoy my IPod and my cell phone the most because I probably could not live without my IPod and I can communicate with my friends using my cell phone. Another interesting fact is that by 2049, there will be a $1000 computer that contains as much as all of the human brains in the human race. The author’s purpose in creating this video is to explain to all viewers that the world will someday be all technology. I honestly like the music that they use in the video. I think it suits the purpose of the video perfectly. The images I would include are images of what people think the world would be like in years from now. The piece of technology I would like to own is a Blackberry because you can do anything on that phone.

I use a lot of technology every day. I use my laptop, my cell phone, TV, my iPod, my camera, and the radio in my car on a daily basis. I used the most technology in English last year. We made power points, movie makers, and many things that involved using technology. I probably enjoy using my laptop the most out of everything because I’m on it all of the time. Also, I’m constantly on Facebook and other websites all of the time, which is another reason why it’s my favorite of all of my technologies that I use. The fact that surprised me the most was when it said that during this course of this presentation, 351 babies are being born in India. I think the author’s purpose was to let people know facts that they probably didn’t know before. Also, I think his other purpose is to show us how the world is advancing more and more everyday in technology. I think that he should’ve used a song that was more techno. That would go with the technology theme. I would’ve included images to go along with some of the facts the author was stating. Some technology that I would like to own is and iPad.

I mostly enjoy using a Laptop, because not only can it be enjoyable but also educational. The author’s purpose in creating this video is to inform you about many interesting facts, also important facts that are happening in this world today. The music is perfect for this selection, I wouldn’t have chosen anything else. I would include many images such as photos of the countries it talks about and some of the issues it talks about. As for this point in my life I have all of the technology I need and desire. There may be other pieces of technology that will be wanted in my future but as for now I am grateful for what I have.

Every day I usually use my cell phone, computer, ipod, and television. I think the class at my school that uses technology the most is definitely explore technology. The technology that I most enjoy using is my cell phone. It is also the technology that I use most often. I enjoy using my cell phone because it makes it easy and fast to communicate with my family and friends. The fact in this video that I find most surprising is while I was watching the video, 60 babies were born in America and 244 babies were born in china. I think that the author's purpose in creating this video was to show how many things in the world are changing, growing, and progressing. A song that I might suggest that the author should use in this video is "Secrets" by One Republic because this video does in fact somewhat reveal secrets that a majority of people probably did not know. I would include pictures of the world's past, present, and future technologies. I would very much like to own a touch screen computer.

I most enjoy using my blackberry because it has internet, brickbreaker, music, and you can text all at the same time. I find most suprising that by 2043 there will be a computer for only 1000 dollars that beats the knowledge of the entire human race. The author's purpose in creating this video is to inform you about how fast things are going in this world today in technology. And that we are living in a time where everything is made and everyone uses technology to do basically everything. The author could have used something more catchier like... the beat to the song barbie girl by aqua. I wouild inclube images of computers and the new technology we use today. I would like to have an ipad.

On a daily basis, I use television, mp3 player, computer. I also have a cell phone, a Wii, and electronic dictionary. I used the most technology in my Tech Ed class. I like using the computer and my mp3 player the most. I like using the computer because I can find lots of things to do and watch that I can't do with television. I like using my mp3 player because I can copy things to it from the computer and carry it with me where ever I go. The most surprising thing in the video to me was that in the time it took for me to watch the video, 60 babies would be born in the United States. I think the purpose of this video is to try to make people aware of how much things change in a short period of time and how much they have already changed and will continue to change. I liked the music the author used so I wouldn't change it. I would use pictures of everything that was mentioned. The one piece of technology that I would like to have is the ipad and/or laptop.

Everyday I use my phone, my iPod, the computer, a calculator, and the TV. I have used technology the most often in English so far. I mostly like to use my phone and my iPod because I listen to my music and text my friends on the way to and from school. I think that it is really surprising that "we are currently preparing student for jobs that don't yet exist using technologies that haven't been invented in order to solve problems that we don't even know are problems yet." I think that the author is trying to inform us about what is going on in the world right now and in the future. I think that the author of this video could have used more modern music instead of the music that was used. I would include pictures of newer technologies. I really wish that I had my own laptop so that I don't have to share a computer with my little sister.

We have been working with coputers and little dictionarys that involve working with technology. The technology I enjoy using the most is my iphone3gs. I enjoy using that the most because I am connected to everyone at every second. Also I can listen to my my ipod on there and be on the computer all at the same time! The authors purpose for making this video is to entertain but yet teach us how thing have grown to be so wild and how it has changed the world today. The song they could have used is Forever Young by Jay Z ft Mr. Hudson becausse it could have created a more back in the time affect. I use my cell phone, tv, laptop, camera, and my ipod. The classes I use technology in most would be tech ed, language, and math. My favorite technology would have to be my Blackberry, why? Well, because you can text message, browse the web, take pictures, instant message, call, and many more things. The one fact that surprised me would have to be that the top ten jobs in 2010 didn’t exist in 2004. The point the author was trying to make is that technology is always updating, changing, time will never be the same as it is this second I think. I think that if the music should be newer upbeat songs because they ate about the future of technology. Pictures of new items including new phones, ipods, computers, new technology. I would like to own the Ipad, why? Because it’s a new technology which includes a lot of things like applications like ebooks so you can read books on it, internet, ipod, lots of new things.

The technologies that I use the most are my cell phone, laptop, iPod, and radio. The class I have used the most technology is probably explorer tech. My favorite form of technology is definitely my cell phone. I am constantly using it. I use it the most because it is a quick and easy way to contact people. I found it interesting that England was so much more advanced then we were in the nineteen hundreds. The author is showing us that the technologies we make are smarter than man itself. Eventually the whole world will be all technology and we will be blobs with buttons to control it. I think the author should have used the song Dutty Love by Sean Kingston. I would include pictures of what I think the technology will look like by the year 2050. A piece of technology I really wish I had is an iPad.

Everyday i use my cell phone, television, computer, and ipod touch. In my classes i use technology all the time in language arts and tech ed and sometimes in the rest of my classes. I mostly enjoy my cell phone , because i can us it to text my friends and also get on the internet. The most surprising thing to me is if myspace were a country it would be the 11th largest country in the world (between japan and mexico). The authors purpose in this video is to show you how our world is changing. I think that the music in the video actually sounds good, so I would not suggest to change it. I would include some pictures of china and some of our cultures. I would like to have a mac book pro.

I use my phone, computer, iPod, TV, every signal day of the year. I think that we use the most technology in English class compared to every other class. I like to use my phone to talk and to text people with. I like to use my computer to play games on or to talk to friends on face book. I use my iPod to listen to music on or play games with. Last, i use my TV. to watch shows or movies with. I find it surprising that over 300 babies were born in the time it took to watch the video. I think the author created this video to show what will happen if the world keeps growing in the way it has been. I thin the author should have used Love the Way You Lie because it is the number one song right now. The author should have put pictures of all the different stuff he talked about in the video. I would like to have the new iPhone 4g because it is the newest one and I have the old one.

The facts I found the most surprising was how many babies were going to bourn in India, China, and United States during the video. The author created this video to tell and warn people what our future is going to be like. I would suggest happier music like pop or rock. Images I would include maps, people, and different pieces of technology. I would like to own the iPad because it looks like it would be fun to use and cool.

Some of the technologies I use every day are refrigerators, lamps, faucets, computers, and the television. The class I use technology in most often is English because we have book reports, essays, power point projects, etc. I enjoy the refrigerator because it keeps my food cold and it helps the food last longer. The most surprising fact was that it only will take a 1000 dollar computer to exceed the capabilities of the human brain! The author’s purpose was to get the watcher’s attention. Also to show how technology has changed our lives and is still rapidly changing and advancing today. Some of the images I would include are laptops, people from different countries, babies, companies, phones, and technology as it improved over time. I suggest that the author uses music that has no words, so people don’t get distracted from the video. I also think the author should use something that adds suspense like scary Halloween music. I would like to own a laptop so I don’t have to wait on other people for the computer.

There are so many different ways you can use the technology that I listed. On my cellphone I can access facebook text and talk to my friends and I can also watch videos on youtube. On my ps3 I can play games, surf the web, and play my favorite games online the ps3 also has a built in blueray player. I can listen to my favorite music/songs on my i-pod . The reason why the author created this video is because he/she wanted to show us how the world is changing over time. I thought that the music they used was a good fit but my favorite songs now are Drake up all night and waka flocka no hands but the music that they chose was cool for this video but I waouldnt put that song on my ipod and listen too it.

the technologies that i use everyday would be my cell phone, laptop, t.v., and my ipod. the lasses that i use the most technologies in are science and english. the technologies that i enjoy using the most are my laptop and cellphone. the fact that i found most suprising is the number of babies that are born whilei watched the video its almost unbelievable. the author's purpose of this video is to inform you of important facts that you dont know yet. as for the music i dont think the author could have made a better choose it fit the video perfectly. If i would have been the author i probably would have showed graphs and chart for refrence. the technology tha i want but do not have yet would be the iphone four. luckily everyone in my family will be converting to the iphone four in january.
In a day the technologies I use are computer, tv, phone, microwave, ipod, game systems, cars, calqulaters, usb discs, refridgedators, and lightbolbs. The classes I use technology in most would have to be when i had tech ed. The thenology I would say I enjoy the most would have to be the computer because on it you can listen to music email friends play games, and it makes it easier to do homework. In this video there where many suprising things but the one that I think is the most is that China will be the number one English speaking country in the world. I think the authers purpose in this video is to teach people about techonlogy and what is going on with it and people around the world. If the music in this video were to change i think it schould change to a dramatic genre because that video was very shocking. Also if I where to add some pictures I would some of students in school and other images that would tie into the video well. The techonoly that I would like to have more than any that I dont have right now would be a laptop.
I use so much technology. It's actually surprising once you think about how much you use. I use my cell phone, computer, tv, microwaves, cars, stoves,etc. My favorite would hav to be my phone. My phone is my life :). I use it for everything! Communication, enetertainment, music, facebook, etc. I don't think my life would be as exciting as it is today without my phone or technology. To make this more interesting, I would've added pictures, more interesting music, and putting some more facts on about marriage and the birth rate in China and in Indai and just across the world itself. The music I would have used is Teenage Dream by Katy Perry. No perticular reason, I just love that song :). I think the most ineteresting fact is the 25% of the population in China with the highest IQ's, is greater than the total population in North America. This video really opened my eyes about how much technology we use and population in other countries.

The technolgies that I use every day are the phone, ipod, radio, computer, riding the bus, microwave, and alarm clock. The class that I have used technologies the most in would be tech ed. The technology I engoy using the most is probably my phone. The reason why I enjoy my phone the most is because I can talk and connect with friends. I think the author is trying to tell us that we need to be more thankful and appriciative of what we have because if we were born 50 years earlier we wouldn't have have half the stuff we have now. The fact that surprised me the most is that they are buliding a "super computer" that can store more information than the human brain!!!! The music was great, I think. I would suggest Man in the Mirror by Micael Jackson. One image that I would include would be the picture of what they plan to make the super computer look like. I would like to own the ipad.
I use my iPhone, laptop, and TV on a daily basis. I would say that we use technology the most in Tech Ed. I most enjoy using either my laptop or the TV the most because on my laptop I can surf the web, listen to music, and watch movies. Also when watching TV I can watch my favorite shows. The facts that I found most interesting where that China is becoming the #1 English speaking country in the world, and that “25% of the population in China with the highest IQ's is greater than the total population of North America.", and that England was so much more advanced in the 1900s that the US, also that the least amount of babies were born in the US compared to China and India. The author’s purpose in creating this video is to shoe how much technology is used and evolved in the world and that one day in the future that technology can become smarter than the human brain and the human race. One song that I would include is “Cooler Than Me” by Mike Posner. I would include images of the cell phones in the 1900s and ones in the 2000s to show how much they have changed. Also I would include pictures of England and its people, as well as China and its people, and India and its people. I would like to upgrade from my IPhone 3g to an IPhone 4g.

Yes, I remember where I was when 9/11 occurred. We have been at war ever since 9/11. I don’t think they can protect them self from future attacks. First, my dad and I were going out to a friends house, then we were going out to our farm to put up hay. All I remember on 9/11 was all the sadness on the news. The news took over TV it seemed like to tell everyone what was going on. My dad said he was sad, and scared of what was going to happen next. To remind everyone of what tragic attack happened that day so people won’t forget.

I enjoy using my cell phone because it's up to date, and I can talk or text all of my friends who live across the country. I thought that 1 out of 8 married couples met online. That's a lot of people who met over the internet. The author is creating this to tell people that technology is everywhere, and it's advancing at this very moment and before we know it, technology will be smarter and more advanced than the human race itself, and that these super computors will only be $1000 when the super computor is made. I think that you could use the song animals by neon tree, because as technology and computors become smarter, humans will seem more like animals. I'd probably out images of things that were made a long time ago, then as each slide passed show the objects get more advanced. I'd like a new computor that runs on 2003 becuase the one I currently own is a peice of junk. I hope I get one!

And i would have to say i use technology in Tech Ed I would say i use all the technology i listed above because there is not much that you Cant do on a computer and my hole life is on my Ipod and I cant live without television because i have to be watching cartoons constantly and i use the microwave everyday because. The auther is tryin to say that a computer can do way more than the average man I think the auther should have used drake miss me and used pics of differnt countries. I would like my own car so that i wouldnt have to wait on my dad and end up being late for everything.
In my everyday life, I use technologies a lot. Everyday I use my cell phone, television, and computer. In my school classes we use technologies most of the time, but the one class that we have used a technology in most often would be English class. I like to use al of my technologies, because it could help you with your homework, or you could get on the internet, to websites such as, Facebook MySpace and many more. The thing that I found surprising was that when it said how many kids were born in India, China, and U.S. Only 60 kids are born in the US. 244 babies will be born in China, and 351 babies will be born in India. I think that the author’s purpose in this video was to prove to you that one day in the future, technologies may became smarter than anyone could ever think of! With everything they are telling you, you would be able to learn a lot more than what you already to know. If I had to change something in this video, I would change the music. I would change it too, maybe something like It’s the climb, by Miley Cyrus =) I would also add more photos, about the places they were talking about. I really want he new I pad. The reason why I want the new I pad is because, it is better than the I pod touch.

The technology I use everyday would be my iPod and cell phone. We use technology a lot in Reading Language Arts. I love using the computer the most cause you can do anything on a computer you can do on an iPod or cell phone together. The most interesting thing I learned in this video is that more that 106 million people are registered on Myspace. The authors Purpose is two inform you about things you would never think twice about in this world. The author could have used entertaining music, maybe some music with lyrics, so people who watch the video could sing along and be more interested in the video.

I would include images of kids our age. I would like to own something very old, such as a Super Nintendo, and be able to take it apart and see whats inside.
