Evolution of Beauty
What is your perception of beauty? What famous people do you find beautiful? Which actors, actresses, singers etc... do you feel represent beauty? How do you define inner beauty? Can you think of anyone who exemplifies inner beauty? What is the videographer's purpose in making this video?

I don't really have a preset standard on beauty. I think that Shawn Johnson(an olympic gymnast) is VERY beautiful. I think inner beauty is loving yourself, and having nice characteristics, such as kindness, humor, intelligence, or sensitivity/empathy/sympathy, or something along those lines. I can't think of anyone offhand, but I know for a fact that there are millions of people who exemplify inner beauty. I think the videographer's purpose in this video was to show that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and beauty is always changing, but at the same time, EVERY person on this earth is beautiful in their own way. My perception of beauty is greatly influenced by the media - magazines,television, and music artists. My pappy says that beauty is more than skin deep. He says its more important to understand the person behind the face. When making friends I try to think about a person's personality,kindness, and how they act toward others. I like to watch Tyra Bank's America's Next Top Model. While the models are beautiful on the outside Tyra and the judges stress the importance of inner beauty. I think Tyra is a good role model.

i think that beauty is very important... its always important to present yourself,and not show up looking like a total bum...but beauty isnt by far as important as what your inner beauty is ,or who you are like on the inside or even your attitude. one actress i really like is ann hathaway!!! she is gorgeous and very nice and most actresses or singers have something bad about them or something they have done,like for example,brittney spears has gotten herself into alot of drama over the past few years but ann is just someone you dont hear much of ..as far as drama and bs goes!! *EmIlY uVeGeS*
Beauty is important to me, but to me it really doesn't matter what a person looks like I'm friends with them. It doesn't matter if you don't wear Hollister, American Eagle, or Abercrombie&Fitch. It's okay. I think that Taylor Swift, Beyonce, and Shakira are really pretty. I think Beyonce is all about beauty because I've never seen her without make-up and nice clothing. Shakira, you don't hear anything bad about or Amanda Bynes. When they write a new song or act in a new movie they get credit and go on their way. I think the videographer made the video because he wanted to get the messege that the models or people who get their picture taking and before they post on a billboard or in a magazine, if something isn't write they can change you to make you look different.

My perception of beauty is any thing or any one that has nice or good characteristics. I can not think of any particular actress that I find beautiful at this moment. I think that all actresses represent beauty in one way or another. I define inner beauty as any one or any thing that has good beliefs, characteristics, values, or goals. I think every body has inner beauty. Everybody has good characteristics, beliefs, values, or goals inside of them. I think that the videographer’s purpose was to show that everybody has beauty and that the standard that we see as beauty is distorted by computers and by lots of preparation and make up.

My perception on beauty is the way other people look at you, and the way you show yourself on the outside. I believe that Carrie Underwood is a beautiful person. She may be beautiful on the outside and she seems like she would be a beautiful person on the inside as well. Inner beauty is the way you act towards others, if your nice, kind, caring, respectful, and loving you would be beautiful on the inside. Angelina Jolie has beauty on the inside because she goes to other countries to try and help families and chilren in need. The purpose of this video is to show that people who are in the business where they need to look nice all the time are thought to be beautiful on the inside and outside.

I think that beauty has a lot to do with how you present yourself, but it has even more to do with how you act towards others, and your attitude. When you look at a person, you make think that they are beautiful. But you never really know what they're like on the inside, behind the face. I think that most actresses, models, and music artists are beautiful, but almost half of them have a bad side that the media doesn't always bring out. Most of my family and friends are beautiful people in both ways. I think the videographer's purpose in making this video is to show people how somebody who doesn't look great one moment, and can look great the next. But another purpose might be to explain inner and outer beauty.

beauty to me is an attraction that gets peoples attention. You can be beautiful inside and out. I find a lot of famous people good looking. Some of these popel are singers, and some are actress. My favorites are are Kate Hudson and Anglea Jolie. My all time favorite is the girl woh played in Honey. I dont know her name. I feel like I resprent beauty. I am good looking on the inside and the outside. I am in shape from playing football and I am nice to people. Mr. Retton my old teacher represents an inner beauty. He was helpful, kind and caring. He treated me very good. The reason behind this video is anyone can make thiemselves beautiful but not everyone can have inner beauty.
I would like to think that my perception on beauty is just the inner beauty but the media has an influnce no matter what you say. Inner beauty is when you believe that your beautiful no matter what anyone tells you. Most people over see people on their looks when it should really be based on their personality and atitude. I think Taylor swift is really pretty and shows her beauty from the inside out. She seems confident and kind. I define inner beauty as the way people see you by the way you talk and act. Inner beauty is very important and I wish looks wasn't what we get judged by. I'm not quite sure of anyone who shows inner beauty. Everyone has flaws and mistakes so it makes it hard to see inside them. I think the videographers purpose is to show people how much we change just to please others when the person you should be pleasing is yourself. :)

Megan Fox, Kim Kardashian, Jessica Alba, and Vida Guerra yes, they represent beauty definnetly Megan Fox, she is rated the #1 hottest cellebrity. I define inner beauty bye someones personality. Well, Megan Fox represents inner beauty. To show beauty all the time.
My veiw on beauty is what is on the inside. I think someone is beautiful by the way they act, whats on the inside. I find Taylor Swift beautiful! My pastor has a lot of inner beauty because of the way she treats and cares about people. The purpose of making this movie was to show that people put make-up and things on because they would think that beauty comes froms looks, but what they don't know is that beauty comes from how they act,present themselves,and that they had the beauty all along....in their hearts.
My perception of beauty is that if your pretty on the outside but not nice on the inside then that makes you not beautiful both ways.Taylor Swift represents beauty because she is also very nice and pretty. I think the videographer's purpose in making this video is to show us how people make us feel insecure about ourselves by taking pictures of girls and making them impossible-to-reach beautiful. Christin Chenoweth represents beauty through her songs and her voice. Inner beauty is the way you are/feel inside; like your personality or your intrests. My friend is a good example because he may not be the cutest guy out there, but he always knows how to make me feel better. The videographer's purpose in making this video is to show people that the models they see are usually fake in their outer beauty.

Beauty to me seems to now be focused on the media, or what other people are like. Which it shouldn't be. I dont really focus on beauty in an actress or singer, I focus more on their actual talent. But the beautiful famous women that come to my mind would be would have to be Madonna, Cher, and Linda Perry. All of these icons presented themselves pollitically, and strongly. Inner beauty is someone who has a good heart. With inner beauty you either have it or don't. Personality shines through the person and shows off who you are in the inside. I think my whole grade, especially my language class, shows inner beauty. They are all nice and dont focus to much on looking like the model on whatever magazine they are all good people and focused on being themselves which is the most beautiful thing in the world to me. The videographers purpose seems to me that he is expressing and exposing the viewers to how things are not what they appear. With just a little drop of the jaw and mouth adjustment on a computer program anyone can be beautiful. We are not all perfect, and it's gonna' take some time and adjustments for us to get there.

I view beauty to be within the eyes of the beholder. It is very relative. Some people may think that a specific person is beautiful, but that doesn’t mean everyone has to. To me, a person can be a pretty face, but as soon as absurd words escape from her mouth, she looks very repulsive. But not all attractive people are ignorant. Many of them are truly wonderful people on the inside. Many movies make pretty people seem like the bad people, when in reality, they are not. But there are some people in the world that are gorgeous and arrogant.
I find Jordan Pruitt, Carrie Underwood, and Faith Hill to all to be very dazzling. Jordan Pruitt is beautiful because she is very pretty in the flesh and also is satisfied with not being the most famous singer ever. Carrie Underwood is beautiful because she lets her talent and beauty shine. Faith Hill is beautiful because she is lovely and she “ain’t bigheaded from a little bit of fame.”
I define inner beauty as simply being compassionate for others. One smile can go a long way and most people are more beautiful when they are grinning. Most humans that I know admire compassionate people.
The first person that I think of the displays inner beauty is my Aunt Martha Sue Johnson. She battled cancer for many years and lost her hair because of it. Even without her hair, she is still the most beautiful person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She also raised a daughter who had autism. Autistic children are very hard to raise, especially when you have cancer. But somehow Aunt Martha never complained. She was very compassionate at all times. Unfortunately, Aunt Martha left to be with the Lord when I was in sixth grade. Although she is pushing up daises, her inner beauty still shines.
I think that the videographer’s purpose in making this video is t show that some people try too hard to make themselves beautiful. I am one of those. I spend an hour getting ready every morning. My daily makeup routine includes foundation, eye primer, purple eye shadow, tan eye shadow, eyeliner, mascara, and lip gloss. That’s a lot for a 13-year-old girl! I always straighten my hair and occasionally curl it when I’m in the mood. That takes even more work.
As you can hopefully see, there are two different types of beauty in the world. Which one do you want?

My perception of beauty has a lot more to do with what's on the inside than how people look. Everyone is beautiful in their own way. Someone could be really pretty on the outside but disgusting on the inside, and I don't view that as beauty. I think Taylor Swift is a really beautiful person, not just because of how she looks but also because she seems to have a wonderful personality. I define inner beauty as the way you interact with others but also the way you feel about yourself. A truly beautiful person has confidencde but isn't arrogant. The videographer's purpose is to show that we have a distorted idea of what beauty really is. He/she is trying to illustrate that what we consider beauty, isn't even real and that we should focus more on what's inside.
My perception of beauty is something that you believe is special, nobody else needs to think the same thing. I don't keep track of famous people's lives, so I don't know which ones I would find beautiful or representing beauty, or If I would even find any. I define inner beauty as being a kind-hearted person. Well, I hope I exemplify inner beauty. The videographer's purpose in making this video is to show that beauty is an abtract concept. The video was kind of a wake up call to tell us all how easy it is to make something appear "beautiful."

My perception of beauty is when someone has an opinion of something, and they think its good or good looking. I think Madona represents beauty because everyone talks about here in old black and white movies. Inner beauty is when you have good character, such as responsibility, trustworthy, carying, and so on. I think they people who go on peace missions to other counties to help build things or teach them things represent inner beauty beause they give up their own time to give other people a good time. I think the purpose of the video was you can't believe in some pictures you see with the new technology to edit images.

I thing beauty is being comfortable with your own body image. I find models beautiful. I think Lady Gaga is beautiful. I define inner beauty being alright with what you naturally look like. I think Beyonce shows inner beauty. To show how much work is in making models beautiful. What you see in a picture may be a totally diffrent person then the photographed person.

My perception on beauty is that you can be beautiful to someone somewhere no matter who you are. You can be just the way you are as well. This is why I don't like make-up, I actually really hate make-up because you're covering up yourself and who you really are. I think usually all actresses and actors represent outer beauty because that is the point of choosing those people. Inner beauty is when you can think someone is beautiful and not thnink at all about how they really look. You can only tlak to them over the phone and think they're beautiful and have no idea what they look like. Well everyone at our school pretty much cares to much about outer beauty. Everyone just cakes a ton of make-up on their face covering up who they are. A few people, including me, do not evn like make-up. I think these people have teh best perception on inner beauty. I think the purpose this video was made was because we all think beauty is looks and show becaues of teh media, but it isn't, it's so much more than that.
In this video the creator is tring to show that somthing beutiful could not have always been so beutiful. He changes a beutiful girl into somthing she was and wasn't. I personaly believe that beuty is in the inside, and the outside is not as inmportant. In the video its amazing to see what technology can to to things.

The purpose of this video to me is that they are trying to show that anybody can look pretty if you just add a little make up and a little touch of the computer makes people look better.

Beauty realy dose not matter to me. I realy don't know what famous person i think is beautiful. Inner beauty is your personality or your feelings. I can't thik of anyone who exemplifies inner beauty. The videographer's purpose to make the video is to show the evolution of beauty through the years.

What I think beauty is is someone that presents themselves nicely. I think Jessica simpson is beautiful. I define inner beauty as being nice to people no matter who they are. I can't really think of anyone for that off the top of my head. I think the videographer's purpose is to show how america and the world sees beauty.

I think beauty comes from within your heart. You might think something is beautiful and someone else might think that the same exact thing is hideous. Beauty is an opinion. I think Beyonce and Taylor Swift are beautiful. I don't know who represents beauty. Maybe someone that is honest and helpful and can be there for you when you need them. Inner beauty is what you are like on the inside, that you don't show on the outsides. I think that Chessie is beautiful and Adrianna is too and I am jealous of them. The point of making this video is to show that things are not what they seem. Also, that they want you to buy this product by saying that someone is beautiful if they use it.

my perception on beauty is that it shouldnt matter good you do your hair or how much make up you put on , as long as your confindent. umm... i think that miss constable is very very beautiful!(:i feel that taylor swift represants beauty because when she wears make up it looks very natural and she carries herself well.inner beauty is how you feel about yourself. and i thinkit hase something to do with self confidence.? no i really cant think of anyone of the top of my head that examplfies inner beauty.the videographers purpose of making this video was to show us that it takes alot of time and effort tomake up people to look good.. so just be yourself and inner beauty is what counts.

I think that beauty is anything that is so amazing that every time you come acrossed it, it takes your breath away. I believe Angelina Jolie is very beautiful. I feel that she, as well as Brad Pitt, represent beauty. I believe that inner beauty is another way of discribing your personality and positive emotional characteristics. I believe my brother is an excellent example of inner beauty, as well as physical beauty. I believe the videographer's purpose is to show the audience that not everything is as what it seems. This video helps people understand that today, you really can't judge a book by its cover.
My perception of beauty is all natural.No make up or anything flashy to make you look better.I understand a little make up.But not piles and piles of it.Thats just disgusting.Some famous people i find beautiful are Keri Hilson,Alicia Keys and Kiesha Coles.The reason i pick them is they look good even without the make up.Yeah alot of people say Beyonce is beatiful but without all her make up she has a different look.Not saying she ugly but the makeup is a help.I think queen latifa represents beauty real well.Inner beauty is having a heart for others.Not being snobby and stuck up.People who put others before there exemplifies inner beauty real good.To show that the girl in the magazine isnt the same girl if you see her face to face.
