How does the Martin Luther King story correlate with the Nazi story? What does MLK contribute to the world? How has MLK changed the world? Why do we celebrate his life? How is he unique?

Well MLK's story connects in the sense that his people weren't treated with the right respect that they deserve. The Nazi or in Martin Luther King's case, the white race truely dispised of the other people, and wanted to eliminate them. Just like Work camps, they sent African Americans to basically work till they die. They were given minimal food, water, and education. MLK's story will forever live on, he is the one African American man that decided, hey I've had enough. He is the one that we all remember as well as, Rosa Parks, Harriet Tubman, and Malcom X. These great figures made America a peaceful place today. If they wouldn't have stood up and risked everything I wouldn't have the amazing friends I have today. We celebrate his life because he led a great one. He was definately not a follower, and a wonderful mind like that only comes once in a decade. He is unique because he was himself. He said there is not anyway that they are gonna rule him, and think theyre better then him. He will always be an idol of mine.

DISCRIMINATION is the word. Both the Jews and African Americans were discrimated and prejudge because of race and religion. Martin Luther King was the one who stood up for himself and his people. He knew that somehow everybody could come together as one if they opened their mind to it. He knew violence wasn't the answer, but he also new discrimation wasn't either. He changed the world by showing that two races could come together. He showed people that we didnt need violence to come up with a solution. In the end there were whites also following him in is marches and protest. He is unique because he didnt want to be violent, he didnt want to fight, and he didnt want to argue. He just wanted his rights and he was going to speak his mind to everyone.

Because of racism. Racism caused the Nazis to slaughter Jes, just as it influenced the entire nation of America. Martin Luther King has helped to tear down racial barriers. Yes, it was Abraham Lincoln that ended slavery, but he did not end racism. MLK has helped America endeavor toward that great cause. Babies don't know racism. The white baby plays with the black baby, who runs with the Mexican baby, who eats with the Asian baby. If only grown people could do that, we would be good. That's what he was about. That's why we celebrate his life. He destroyed as much racism and hate as any one human can. He is unique because he DIDN'T want violence and he DIDN'T want any other type of abuse. He just wanted to have the same rights as a black man that the white men had. He wanted that for everyone. Peace and equality were his poits.

It all about racism which dealt with the world changing from bad or good. Nazi changed the world in a bad way because of killing others because they didn't like the jews like white people don't like blacks. MLK contributed his time and his ideas because he thought that they would change the world. MLK changed the world with his dream of everybody even it could be language, culture, or ways others be different. If MLK was not ever here we would have had a more violent change between the blacks abd the whites. That is why we observe this holiday to him. We celebrate the day of MLK to thank him for what did changing the world is better and all have equal rights of everything. Why is he unique because he changed the world and we should be thankful of him.

MLK's story correlates to the Nazi story because not everyone is treated with the respect that they should be treated with. The white race was ruthless to the blacks. Just like how the African Americans had to go to work camps. They had close to nothing. They just had to work until they were weak enough to just die. MLK contributes that everyone should be friends. Like the little boy in the video said "Everyone should be friends, black and white, yellow or blue". Martin Luther King was a African American man that was able to make it so the blacks could do just as much as the whites.

Martin Luther King's story correlates with the Nazi story because both stories weere dealing with the discrimination of a certain group of people. MLK contributed to us getting out of school ! :) Just kidding, he really contributed to how society view people, he made people want to get to know people and no just judge them. He had a world wide movement of people thinking about what they could offer instead of what they look like. Because he truely made people believe that that everyone should be treated eauqually. He is unique because he was a man of color who made people believe that he was just as equal as everyone else.

Martin Luther Kings story really connects with the jews and the nazi's. Not only where they have problems with race but now the whole world was. They had problems if yu where darker then the othr the white people wouldn't let blacks use the same bathroom as them. I think mlk helped us get to where we were today and has really changed the world.

Martin Luther King's story is similar to the Jew's story because there was a prejudice against a select group. There was persecution and unfair treatment reigned. Both groups were treated lower than dirt! MLK contributed his ideas of peace and liberty to this world. He has changed the world by showing the whites that not matter what shape or color you are, no matter where you are from or how learned you are, you are still a person. And poeple, no matter how smart or tall or colored, will always be able to contribute. We celebrate his life because he opened up the eyes of many people and because he made the United States what it is today. He set in motion something that would alter the earth forever. One of the many things that makes him unique, is his ideas. He has a personality like no other, and bey being who he was, he was able to save our country. Not with a gun or a sword, but with words.

Martin Luther King connects to the Nazi story because they both deal with racism. MLK contributes to the world by being a great leader and speaking out. He has changed the world because if he wouldn't have made that speech there still would be a possibility of slavery. Which would not be right. We celebrate his life because he was such a great hero and expressed his feelings. He was unique, because he didn't care how people looked at him and the way he expressed his feelings.

The Martin Luther King story relates to the Nazi story by the fact that there was a use of racism and discrimination. In the Nazi story, they discriminated against everyone except the Aryan race, but mostly Jews. In this case, MLK spoke up about his rights as an American and the discrimination that was occurring between races. MLK contributed peace to the world, and has changed it for this reason.
We celebrate his life for the previous reason as well. He is unique because he stood up for what he believed in, which is also what WE were not smart enough to realize.

The Martin Luther King story correlates the the Nazi story by showing discrimination towards a certain race that did nothin to deserve it. However, in the MLK story, discrimination was shown towards the African Americans and in the Nazi soty it was shown towards everyone without blond hair and blue eyes. Mlk contibuted to the world by giving those in minority groups the encouragement to speak up for their causes. He changed the world by ending discrimination against African Americans. We celebrate his life because he made America a stonger country. He is unique because he actually stood up for his cause unlike many other people.

Martin Luther King stood for peace, for equality, and for a stop to discrimination. In the stories we read about the Holacaust, that was the theme as well except the Nazi's were discriminating against the Jews while in the US, we were discriminating against african americans. Martin Luther King showed the world a kind hearted man with good intentions. He showed the world his vision for humanity and also his passion for accomplishing his goals. He is an amazing role model and what he did, as well as what he stood for and what he represents today keep on showing the world how to live together in peace and happiness.

Martin Luther King's story correlates with the Nazi story because both races were being treated unfairly and physically and mentally abused. Martin Luther King was a proponent for the Civil Rights Movement which ultimately led to the Civil Rights Act. His fight for the equality of all people, regardless of color or religion, helped the world to view people of all races as equal, all as a member of mankind. We celebrate his life because of the important accomplishments he achieved with the Civil Rights Movement which helped make the world a more peaceful place. In both of these stories, discrimination was the main problem. In MLK's time, everyone treated the African Americans very poorly, like the Nazis treated the Jews. Martin Luther King contributed peace to the world, and he taught people that everyone should be treated the same, no matter what their race is. He has changed the world in so many ways. If he didn't speak up, the world would probably still be that way. African Americans would be treated worse and worse everyday. We celebrate his life because he helped everyone in the world, and he made a huge impact on the lives of millions. He was different. He knew that what was being done was wrong, and he was brave enough to speak up and stand up for his rights.

That wasn't made to insult me , but I still got kind of offinded . But thats just me . I think EVERYONE should be treated with respect , and equal .

In both events people were being decriminated and treated unfairly. MLK have contributed knowledge to world. His words discribed the feelings of millions of people. He has been highlighted for his intellegence and acts to help stop discrimination in our country and all around the world. We celebrate him like every other American hero who deserves rememberence from all. He lived in a time when being black limited what you could do, but he managed to break those limits and help free other African Americans from discrimination.

His story relates to the Nazi story because of racism. MLK was one that stood up for himself. He knew that somehow, everybody could come accept each other if they tried. He changed the world by showing that two races could come together. He proclaimed a message of peace. He is unique because he tried his very hardest to resent violence. He just wanted to be accepted like everyone in the world.
