Bridge Day

Have you ever been to Bridge Day? Would you like to go there? Which experiences would you want to participate in? Are there any other experiences in West Virginia that you would like to share with others? Do you know what helicopter skiing is? Do you have any high intensity experience that you would like to experience?

I have never been to Bridge Day. I would never like to go to it either. I wouldn't like to go because I am TERRIFIED of highths!!I would be to afraid because I can't trust the parachute. Mine would probably get stuck of something and then I would FREAK OUT!!! My older brother was going to go but then he changed his mind.
I think I know what helicopter skiing is but I might be wrong.
A high intensity experience that I can share with you is when I went to Bush Gardens in Virginia. My family and I went there about two years ago. We needed to get to the other side of the park so we dicided to take this ride called the Ski Lift. So we are all on it and of course no body but me is afraid of heighths. So I'm freakin out and we go higher and higher. Then while we were the highest you could get we heard these cracking noices and so I'm even more scared then our door to the ride swings open and I was going crazy. Then we got off the ride and I was still kind of shaky. But I will never ever go on that ride again!! :)

No, I have never been to Bridge Day. I have driven over the New River Gorge Bridge and also went to the visitor’s center. I don’t really think I would want to go to the Bridge Day celebration.
If I had to participate in one of the activities shown on this Blog, I think I would probably like the first. The activity where the people were being blown in the air, free floating. That looked like it would be fun to experience.
The one experience I like , is the Hot Wing Chicken Cook Off. This is held in Morgantown, WV each fall. It is a way to welcome back the WVU students and to get ready for the first Mountaineer Football game of the season.
I don’t know what Helicopter Skiing is, but I would think it would be scarey. I think you probably jump out of a helicopter and ski on water.
One thing I experienced that I think is high intensity is riding on some different roller coasters. I have ridden on them at Kennywood Park in PA., Busch Gardens in VA and in Kings Dominion, VA. Some of these rides are high intensity and can even be scary at times. They can leave you breathless yet after the ride is over you realize you had great fun.

I have never been to Bridge Day. I do not want to go either. I hate being on bridges. They scare me. I am terrified not o heights but of going up so high and having to come down. On a rock wall I can climb to the top a million times but coming down scares me really really bad. If I were to participate in one event it would probably be the first one but I would be flipping out the whole time. So, I think I will stick to the ground. I don't really have any experiences to share. I have no idea what helicopter skiing is. No I do not have any high intensity thing that I would like to experience.

No, I haven't ever been to Bridge Day. I wouldn't like to go there, because I am afraid of heights, and I think someone would try to push me off the bridge. If I wanted to participate in the Bridge Day events, I would just try the thing that blows you in the air with the fan.
No, I do not have any other experiences that have to do with Mest Virginia, unless you mean like riding dirtbikes in the mountains. That is fun. Other than that, I do not know. I don't know what helicopter skiing is.

8I have never been to Bridge Day, but I would like to go and watch all of those crazy people jump to their possible death. I would never actually participate in the activities that take place on Bridge Day because i have a problem with purposely putting myself in danger. LOL. Another outstanding experience in West Virginia that I recommend is rock climbing at Seneca rocks. I go every year with my church and it is a lot of fun. Most of all it is a challenge that you definitely get rewarded for with the sights to be seen once you reach the top. No, I haven't heard of helicopter skiing. I really don't have any high intensity experience that I would like to experience at this point in time.

No,I have never been to Bridge Day, but I would like to go because it looks really fun. I think I would like to participate in the first event that we saw where the people were floating in the blow up machine. There are many tourist attractions in West Virginia, such as Blackwater Falls, Cass Scenic Railroad and many others that most families might enjoy going to. Helicopter skiing is off trail, downhill skiing that is accessed by helicopter, not by ski lift. So basically instead of having to carry a lot of equipment and riding up a hill to ski down, you carry less gear and you get to ride a helicopter up the hill. I love to ride rollercoasters and I would definetely call that high intensity. I especially love the ones that go completely upside down and have all sorts of unexpected twists and turns.

I have never been to Bridge Day. Someday, I would really like to go. IF I ever do attend Bridge Day, I would like to try jumping off the bridge [with a parachute of course]. Ever since I was little, that's all I've wanted to do.

I do not know what helicopter skiing is. I have never heard of it before in my life, up until now.

The only high intensity experience that I would LOVE to experience is like I said before, going bungy jumping or parachuting off of a brige.

I have never been to Bridge Day. I would love to go and watch all the people jump from the bridge. It looks like a lot of fun. I would love to do the thing where the air is making you go high in the air. I don't think I would ever jump from the bridge. That looks scarry to me. I would be afraid I might jump and hit a rock, or my shoot might not open. I am afraid to jump from something that high in the air. I would like to watch other people do it.

I don't know of any experiences to share in West Virginia that I have done. I know of Valley Falls in Fairmont. That is an awesome place to go. There are big rocks and the Falls are really pretty. You have to be extremely careful because you could fall off a rock and go in the water and drowned. Also in West Virginia is Coopers Rock. I have never been there, but I have heard of it. Another place I know of is Canaan Valley. People go there and stay over night, or just for the day. There are things to do in the summer and the winter.

I have never heard of helicopter skiing. I have no idea what that is. The only high intensity experiences that I have experienced or want to experience is the rides at amuzement parks. I like to ride roller coasters. When I go to Kennywood in Pittsburgh I ride every ride they have. I love it. I am not afraid of any of those rides. I went to Dollywood in Tennessee last summer. I rode one of the largest roller coasters in the world. My mom is scarred, she won't ride anything. I have also been snow skiing. It was so much fun. I had a blast. I definitely want to go again. Maybe when I am older I might try something else.

I’ve never been to Bridge Day. I would like to go there it looks so fun. If I would participate in one of the activities. It would be the first one where it is like a simulator of sky diving. Then I would also go off the actual bridge. Another in experience in West Virginia would be white water rafting. Helicopter skiing is when they take you up to a top of a mountain and then jump out of the helicopter and ski down the mountain. A high intensity experience that I did would be going on Topspeed Dragster III at Cedar point in Ohio. You go 120 miles an hour in 3.5 seconds and takes you up 430 feet in the air and then right back down. It is so scary I don’t know if I would do it again.

I have never been to Bridge Day, though I would love to go there to experience all it has to offer. I would love to have the adrenaline rush of practically flying. Bridge Day is something special to West Virginia that people come from all over the world to participate in. Not many people get to experience the events offered during Bridge Day; I want to have that privilege to say I was brave enough to participate.
In West Virginia, there are many exciting recreational activities. Kayaking, rock climbing, white water rafting, and hiking are just a few to name. Many people think that West Virginia is a boring state with nothing to do, but they don’t search far, if that is what they think. Our state is equipped with natural beauties and attractions that are unique from most other parts of the U.S.
Some of the things that I have enjoyed doing in West Virginia are kayaking, boating and fishing on Stonewall Jackson Lake, touring Seneca Caverns and Seneca Rock, hiking and biking at Canaan Valley resort and Snowshoe, skiing at Timberline, exploring The Mountain Institute properties and Backwater Falls, hiking Cooper’s Rock and we frequently use the Marion County Rails to Trails. There is so much to do and explore in West Virginia. If you enjoy outdoor activities, this is a great place to live and visit.
I did not know what helicopter skiing was, but I looked it up. Helicopter skiing is downhill skiing only accessible by a helicopter. I have seen this before, just didn’t know what it was called.

High intensity experiences I would like to experience would be: sky diving, white-water rafting, bridge jumping, mountain climbing, and bridge swinging. I have gone whitewater rafting on the Salmon River in Idaho and loved it. I would like to raft the Upper New River this summer. My family and I kayak in West Virginia, but we usually do calm waters and enjoy nature ant the scenery.

Lauren Gower has never been to Bridge day, but it looks quite interesting! If I did have the opportunity to do something like that I wouldn’t I would probably die from heart attack on the way down. The thing that looks like a blow up bouncy machine with air blowing into it, I would do that in a heart beet it looks so much fun. An experience that I have tried in West Virginia in the past that I think every one should do is: walk up the trails of Seneca Rocks, and goes ice skating. Well someday I would like to go sky diving, but after I think about it if I did have the opportunity I probably would back out.

Dude that was freaking awesome and I have not been to bridge day, but I have held my breath across the bridge. I would do the sky diving generator and the the real thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!A favorite event of mine is the Moth-man Festival that is held in Point Pleasant and the Wood Choppers Festival in Webster Springs. What the heck is helicopter skiing, but it sounds dangerous and I like dangerous things like that. A high intensity experience that I would like to share was when I went to Dolly-wood and road the Mystery mine and the Tennessee Tornado. Nathan clouser 8th period

No, I don't think I've ever been to bridge day. There also isn't a lot of hope for me to ever go either because I'm absolutely freaked out by heights. I think I would die before I parachuted off of a bridge and if I ever did parachute off of a bridge I' probably forget to open the chute or something completely stupid. If I were to participate in any event it would most likely be the one that blows you up in the air. I have no idea what helicopter skiing is.

No, I have never been to bridge day before, I think it looks quite scary to be honest. I really dont think I would enjoy going for multiple reasons. First of all, I am not that great with heights and second, I would be afraid someone would get hurt. I wouldn't jump off a bridge with a parachute. I would be too afraid that it wouldn't come out or something like that. No, I have no idea what helicopter skiing is.
One thing that I experienced that has high intensity was a ride called "THE SLING SHOT" it was so scary. You get on and there are two seats. (it costs fifty dollars per person.) Anyway, you get on and you strap in. Then they pull you down into the ground and shoot you like 300 ft in the air. The seats twirl around and around and you bounce up and down. You get really dizzy too. Infront of the seats they have a little camera that tapes you as you ride it so you can see your expressions. I rode it with my best friend Jessi and our faces looked hilarious when we watched the video. Overall, it was really fun. Eventhough, it was pretty scary, I think I would do it again. I have never been to bridge day although it seems to be really exiting in the video. I would like to go to see what all is at bridge day and to find something fun and exiting to do. It would also be fun to watch crazy people plummet down unknowing for sure what will happen next. If I went to bridge day I would probably want to do that air gust thing. It would be fun to be blown in the air and look at the view. It didn't seem extremely dangerous although I'm sure it would be fun. I think I would probably skip jumping off the bridge. To rely on a flimsy parachute when unnecessary is pretty extreme. This is bad especially when you are inexperienced and not high enough in the air to have time to think of a solution if something goes wrong. There are many wonderful things to experience with others if not to just to gaze at the amazingly beautiful sights. Some wonderful experiences would be things like hiking, canoeing, fishing, hunting, skiing, and more outdoor action. I'm not sure of what helicopter skiing is. It sounds daring. I think I'll go look it up. Be back in a minute... Helicopter skiing, heli-skiing, is not as life threatening as the name makes it out to be. It turns out I have heard of heli-skiing, just not by that name. Helicopter skiing is when a helicopter takes you out to a remote area and literally drops you off there to ski down the mountain. When I read that word on your blog I imagined a guy skiing off a ramp jumping onto a spinning helicopter blade and jumping back onto the snow. I may have a slightly overactive imagination. A high intensity experience I would like to experience would be to take a canoe down class five rapids. I love the water and being around it and I know how to canoe down easier places, but going down class five rapids would be a lot of fun.

No, I have never been to Bridge Day. I have heard about it. When I was in Gatlinburg, Tennessee a couple we met there said they went to Bridge Day every year. They told us about all of the events and how much fun it was. I would like to go to Bridge Day and participate in the trampoline fan. That looked like a lot of fun. I have been to the Balloon Festival. It is where all the hot air balloons take off from Morgantown. I think helicopter skiing is when a helicopter takes you to the top of a mountain and you ski down. I went scuba diving in Cancun, Mexico when a storm was coming. It was pretty intense getting in and out of the ocean.

I have never been to Bridge Day but I would like too go. I would like too go because it seems like it would be fun. Although I would not be able too jump off of something over a river. I dont not know what helicopter skiing is.

You can bet all your money that one day that I will jump off of that bridge. I say that because I have never been to Bridge Day. Al though I have been on a boat that went through the rapids under the bridge. Now that was an experience! The whole time I thought that the boat was going to topple over with us in it. But it was all worth it, I got some terrific pictures of the underside of the bridge. I would love to back to the bridge to experience that thrill-a-minute ride again. The experience I would like to participate in, bar none is the base-jumping off of the bridge itself. I could only imagine the rush and thrill of it all as you drop 876 feet straight down towards the river. There are also many other many experiences I would like to do in West Virginia. For example; I would like to go spelunking (cave exploring) in the caverns in Seneca Caverns, rock climbing up Seneca Rocks, fishing on the Kanawha & Ohio Rivers, climb Spruce Knob, and visit every county in the state itself. Wow! I didn’t realize how many places and things I wanted to do. And do I know what helicopter skiing is? I think I do. I think it is when a helicopter takes you up to the top of a mountain, lets you off, then flies away to let you ski off of the mountain. That’s what I think it is. But I think there is an experience that could top helicopter skiing; and this is another experience that I have done. When we were went to Ocean City we thought it would be fun to go on one of those ocean speed boats. Well that was kind of a mistake. When we started going out we were going about five miles per hour. Then when we reached the second buoy, we started going about nine miles per hour. Then when we were out past the buoys, the driver let the hammer down and made that boat go about 50 something miles per hour. Then when ever we would hit a wave we would literally fly a foot and a half off of the water surface. Thus causing the wide spread splatter of salt water all over the passengers of the boat. Yes, that means I got covered with nasty salt water that is all around the world. You know what that means; some one had to have peed in the ocean some time or another. And if matters weren’t bad enough, I had a cut on my right hand from earlier that day. That surely burned like heck. But all in all, that experience was one of the best experiences I have ever experienced.

I have never been to the New River Gorge "Bridge Day". The only Bridge Day that I have ever been to is the reopening of the "High Level Brigde" in Fairmont. I would like to go to "Bridge Day" in Fayat county but I would doubt that will hapen any time soon. I think that the only experience that I would like to participate in is that thing that is like a moon bounce but you levitate. Instead of just bouncing you can actually float about 15 feet in the air. That might not sound very high but it would be allot of fun.
I do not no what helicopter skiing is, but it sounds like fun. I do enjoy normal skiing. on the 24th, I am going skiing at Cannan Valley Ski Resort and it will be allot of fun. And one high intensity experience that I would like to do is white water rafting. I have been once before, but the rappeds were just class 1's and 2's. I think that I would enjoy class 3's and 4's next time.

i have never been to bridge day and i dont plan on ever going to bridge day. this is mostly because i think that it is awful that people would actually go and jump of bridges for bridge day. if i were to go to bridge day to jump of a bridge then i would probably look down and start screaming because i was so high up. there was this one time that i was watching television and i turned on a random channel and there were these guys jumping off bridges. at first i just thought that they were trying to commit suicide, but last year i found out that they were doing it for bridge day. anyways to finish my statement, i was watching these people jump off bridges and this one guy jumped off and he didn't get his parachute open in time and when he hit the water he died instantly. i thought that it was really sad. then there was this one person that my mom knew and, she wanted to jump off a bridge for bridge day but she used s bungi cord instead of a parachute and she got down to low and in the water there were hooks or something like that and her feet hit the water before she did and her feet got hooked on the hooks and she had to get her legs cut of because they couldn't get the hooks out of her feet. that is one of the main reasons why i never want to go jumping off or out of anything. that is if it is like a bridge or a airplane or anything like that.

I have never been to bridge day and probably wouldn't want to go. I don't really like heights. Being high up in the air puts a lot of terrible situations in my head that could happen and it just terrifies me. I really like all the festivals in West Virginia such as the Three River Festival, The Strawberry Festival, and the Buckwheat Festival. I love all the fun activities that are availible. I'm not sure, but I think I've seen helicopter skiing on TV or something like that. It looks really dangerous and I would never ever in a million years, even if you paid me, consider it. I went to Kennywood last summer and I went on the pirate ship ride with my friend. I didn't even realize how high up it went!!! It swings back and forth and get higher and higher. It was okay when we went forward but when we went backwards my stomach dropped and I felt really sick. It was the scariest ride I ever went on.

No I don’t think I know what helicopter skiing is, but my guess is when you jump out of a plane or something and you ski along the wind. Yes, I have two. The first one is that (this might sound dorky) but want to be able to get on one of those up-side down rollercoaster’s. I have never been on one and I want to know what it feels like. No, I have not been to Bridge Day before. I would like to go there one day. It seems super fun. I would want to try the sky diving in the trampoline thing. I probaly want to do this because I have always dreamed of flying without the wings. I, unfortunately, do not have any experiences in West Virginia, except for the fair. The snacks there are the best and the rides, games, and stands there are fun. I think I know what it is. Is it when you drop out of a helicopter on a really high mountain, and ski all the way down to the bottom. The only high intensity thing I have ever done would be to jump out of a 10 ft. high tree. I hurt my head when I landed though.

I would like to go 2 to Bridge day, and maybe evan jump. It does look like fun jumping off the biggest steel-arch bridge in America. In the end i would most likely not jump, but still imagine the expirance.
i can honestly say that i dont know what helecopter skiing is.
One experience I will share with you is when i was four years old. A farris wheel got stuck when my dad, and I were at the top. there was no double retaining bar at the time. I slipped under the single retaning bar, and landed on the step right in front of the cart. Thats where my dad saw me, and quickly grabbed me at the last second. if the step wasn't there i would have fell fifty feet to death. To this day my father is terrified of farris wheels

No, I have never been to Bridge Day. I think I would like to go because the stuff they do looks kind of fun.
I would like to participate in the first thing the video showed of the people floating in the air by using that fan thing (I have no clue, if you couldn’t tell, what this thing is called). I would also like to do the parachute thing as well, but I don’t think I should because I know I’ll find some way to make the parachute not work and I’ll go splat on the ground. I have the tendency to make things not work a lot but at least the water is down there so I won’t make as big of a splat.
I’m not sure what experiences in West Virginia I would tell people. I guess I could tell them about the landscape and skiing. West Virginia has a lot of places to go camping too which is pretty fun.
I’m not sure what helicopter skiing is so I’m going to guess. I’m guessing it is when people jump out of a helicopter and then land on the ground and start skiing down a hill.
A high intensity experience that I would like to experience is rock climbing up a big, gigantic, dangerous mountain. I would also like to go sky diving because it looks like you are flying through the sky and I always wanted to fly.

I have never been to Bridge Day. Yes, I would like to go to Bridge Day because it would be so cool to see people jump off the bridge and look like they are going to hit the water and then open their parachute. I would like to participate in both experiences because it looks so much fun to jump off the bridge and then my parachute catch me and carry me to shore. Also I would like to be in that blow up thing because it would feel like I was flying. I would like to share White Water Rafting. I would like to share this because it is fun, there is a rush and you can cool off just by jumping in the water if the current isn’t to strong. I do not know what helicopter skiing is, but it sounds like I would be a lot of fun. I think helicopter skiing is when someone would jump out off a helicopter and ski on the water.

No, I have never been to Bridge Day, but I have been over the New River Gorge Bridge, many times. My mom used to live in Nicholas County which is only one county north of Fayette County. She said that Bridge Day is really a big deal. Over 200,000 people attend this event yearly. One sad detail is that there have been three people killed at Bridge Day. The last person died in 2006. He was a 66 year old man from California. He died because his parachute didn’t open in time. He was pronounced died at the scene. There is a very rocky river at the bottom of the bridge.

The New River Gorge Bridge is a steel-arch bridge, in Fayetteville, West Virginia; with a length of 3030 feet (924 m), it was for many years the longest in the world of that type. Its arch extends 1700 feet (518 m). Part of U.S. Highway 19, it is crossed by an average of 17,000 motor vehicles per day.

White-water rafting is also a huge tourist attraction in our state. Several tourists go white water rafting during the Bridge Day events. I think it would be really fun to go white water rafting. I hear that it can be very dangerous though, but that would be ok! It would be exciting and exhilarating to paddle over the white rapids.

One event that my family does in the summer is boating. We have a camp on Tygart Lake. We have 3 boats and we love to swim and go tubing.

My family also likes to go to Snowshoe Mountain. We go to the Chili Cook-Off. It is fun to go with friends and go swimming and hiking. We usually go to Snowshoe in the spring or summer. We usually stay at Rim-fire or Allegany Springs! They are really nice resorts with fireplaces and balconies.

According to Wikipedia, Helicopter skiing is off-trail, downhill skiing that is accessed by a helicopter, not a ski lift. Heli-skiing is essentially about skiing in a natural environment without the effort or gear compromise required for hiking in. Most heli-skiers are seeking specific, pleasurable skiing conditions that are hard to replicate in the highly manipulated terrain of ski resorts: particularly powder snow, but also long descents, natural terrain contours and features, smooth corn snow, old-growth tree glades, steep and extreme slopes, or for the more adventuresome, wild snow and a natural, variable environment. The presence of the guide and machine offer some protection against the risks and discomforts unavoidably associated with entering this mountainous environment, allowing skiers with little or no mountain sense to enjoy a wild environment. This sounds very adventurous!

I think it is unique that our state chose the New River Gorge Bridge to highlight on our state quarter in 2005. This shows what an important landmark it is in the state of West Virginia. Someday, it would be exciting to visit Bridge Day!

Unfortunately, I have never been to Bridge Day but I've driven over the New River Bridge many times before though. Yes, I would like to go to Bridge Day it seems like it would be a lot of fun to watch.

Two of the experiences I would love to participate in would be both of the activities shown in this video. I would love to do the first activity shown in the video, It looked liked like so much fun. I would also like to try parachuting, even though I think it seems kind of scary.

Another experience that I would like to share is skiing. People from all over the world come to WV to ski because of our big mountains. I love to snowboard, it is by far one of the favorite things to do.

Helicopter skiing is when you jump out of a helicopter and ski down a mountain. I've actually always had in interest in doing this because I think it would be a lot of fun and a great experience.

I would like to experience sky diving because it would be so intense. I can't imagine how free falling would be like.

I have never been to Bridge Day, much less ever heard of it! Bridge Day seems like it would be fun, but some of the stunts would freak me out. I would like to go one year with some friends and watch some crazy stunts.

I think both of the events would be fun to participate in but I am so afraid of heights. If I went parachuting, I would probably forget to pull the thing that lets out the parachute! I think the skydiving thing would be a little bit safer for me!

There are some good places in West Virginia to go, but most are in the surrounding states. Kids around our area like to go to Valley Worlds of Fun.

I really don't know what helicopter skiing is, but I think you might have to jump out of a helicopter and then ski down the mountain. This seems like it would be fun and exciting, but I am not sure if I would have the courage to do it! This would be a fun event to watch.

One of my favorite places to go during the summer is Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, Virginia. Last year, they just opened a new roller coaster called the Griffon that broke many records. It is the tallest, floorless dive coaster in the world! You climb the first hill at a forty-five degree angle going ten feet per second. In no, time, you reach the top and swerve around to the straight down fall. Right before you plunge straight down, it stops and you are dangling two hundred ten feet up in the air for about eight seconds! It is very intense and exciting. They also have other roller coasters and rides that are very exciting.

The high intensity experience I would like to share happened when I went to King's Dominion last year with my freinds. there is a ride that takes you waaaaay up into the air and then -all of a sudden- drops you back down. I told them that that was the only ride I wouldn't go on because I tried to ride the one at Kennywood and I lost my breath. My freind Jhonny can=me up to me and said,"Oh, come on! I have worse athsma than you do and I've ridden it twice already today!" So, i got talked into it. Another one of my freinds, Cody, was good at timing the precise moment when we would drop, so he said he would count down for me. When we got up to the top, I turned to Jhonny and said, "No big deal, right? It's just like Kennywood." He said, "Oh, no. This one's MUCH bigger!" Right then, Cody screamed "ONE!" and we dropped.

I have been to bridge day before, but I was only 5 or 6, so I don't remember most of it. I would like to go again some year, though. One experience I'd like to share with others is skiing. I have never been skiing but it seems as if everyone's doing it. I don't know what helicopter skiing is, but it sounds dangerous. However, I've heard of base jumping, which is when two or more people jump from a helicopter or something at the same time and see which one of them releases their parachute last. It's dangerous because you could just end up dead trying to beat your friends. I would like to experience riding a few roller coasters that I was too afraid to ride a few years ago, like The Comet at Six Flags: The Great Escape. I guess that's all I have to say, and sorry for getting this blog in so late.

No,I have never been to bridge day. I would enjoy to go there. I would probably want to participate in the one where they are in the moon bounce type thing and they are like skydiving. I one a state soccer tournament in West Virginia. I don't know what helicopter skiing is. I would like to experience Sky Diving or para sailing.

I have never been to Bridge Day, but I think that it would be fun to go, but just to watch. Jumping off of a bridge is the last thing that I want to do. I have traveled across the New River Gorge, though. There aren't any experiences in West Virginia that I would like to share with others, but I think that it would be fun to go white-water rafting. I know people that have been, and they said it was a lot of fun. I don't know what helicopter skiing is, but I have an idea of what it is, and I don't think that I would like to do it.

No I haven’t been to a bridge day before. I don’t think I would like to go there, because I am scared of heights. I think if I had to go I would do that air thing that it blew you up. I thought that looked fun. I think the tally rally is fun but everyone goes there is the best! I love it. You get to listen to music and eat lots if food. *Yummy* I don’t think I know what helicopter skiing is. I have been white water rafting before it was a lot of fun!!!!

Although I have never been to bridge day I would love to go but I would probably be to afraid to do some of that stuff, honestly I am TERRIFIED of heights. I would probably like to do the simulation at the beginning of the movie, it would be fun. I really don’t have any experiences in West Virginia that are really that amazing but I do know what helicopter skiing is and I really want to try it!

No if never been to bridge day. I would like to go there in the future. If I went to bridge day I would want to jump off of the bridge. Some of the other things I would want to do would take ever one in the school backpacking and see what would happen. Here is nothing that I want to tell you because I can not think of any thing. I had no clue what helicopter skiing was until I read what it was

No, I've never been to bridge day. I never want to go to bridge day. There's nothign there I'd want to do. If I had to recomend activities in WV, I'd say go hike seneca rock or go look around Cooper's rock.I think I've heard os helicopter skiing, it sounds like no fun. No, I can't think of any high intesity experiences. I love adrenaline, but I'd prefer to get it from a nice/fast car (or almost wreck [everyone okay]) than sports.

I have never been to Bridge Day, but I would like to go to it. I think that some of the activities would be fun. If I were to participate in one of the activities, I think I would want to parachute off of the bridge. I would like to do so because I'm not afraid of heights or water. And I don't think that I would mind falling off the side of a bridge as long as I had a parachute strapped to my back. I don't know what helicopter sking is but I think that it is jumpind out of a helicopter with skiies and a parachute.

I haven't ever been to Bridge Day but I think it would be a lot of fun. Especially jumping off of the bridge. There really isn't anything in West Virginia that I have been to that I'd like to share. I like the things in other states more. No I don't know what helicopter skiing is but it sounds like a lot of fun. I would like to fly an airplane or go parachuting.

No, I've never been to Bridge Day, but I wouldnt mind going. I probably would'nt want to participate because I'd probaby get scared. I would like to share being in the mountains, my family owns a cabin far out in Elkins, WV and I love going up there with my family to fish. I love being up there on a clear night, because there isn't a lot of light and you can see a billion stars. That's my favorite thing to do in West Virginia. I know it isn't high intensity, but it's still fun. I don't know what helicopter skiing is, and I've never heard of it. One thing I would like to experience is sky diving. If I could face my fears and do that, then I know I would feel like I could do anything. I plan on accomplishing that someday.

No, I have never been to Bridge Day, but I would like to go someday. I want to jump off the Bridge! The only other state experiences I would share are the county fairs. Yes, I do know what helicopter skiing is, I think it would be a fun experience. A high intensity experience I would like to try is sky diving. Sky diving, I think, would be very fun and scary at the same time. Te 37-thousand feet club would be a nice place to be!! Another experience I would be to go deep sea diving. Swimming and sky diving are things I would love to do!

No, I have never been to Bridge Day. I don't think I would want to go either. Heights and I don't get along very well. If I went to Bridge Day, I would probably participate in the first activity. The one where you float and freefall with parachutes, but only if I have to!
An expierience that I had was at the Three Rivers Festival. I went on the ride, The Spider, with my friend, Adrianna, and got so freaked out. I couldnt stand it. Adrianna and I had to get ff the ride early because we were so scared. No, I do not know what helicopter skiing is. I don't think I want to experience any more high time activities for a while!

I have never been to Bridge Day. I would like to go there? Some experiences I want to participate in are the parachute jump. I don't think there are any other experiences in West Virginia that you would like to share with others. I think I know what helicopter skiing is- isn't that when you ski down a hill by force of a helicopter? :-S And do I have any high intensity experience that you would like to experience? Absolutely not. One death defying trick is all I need. Eric ☺
