The Holocaust first of all killed a lager part of the worlds population. Second it has also opened peoples eyes to the cruelty that the human mind can think of because the Jews that did not die where used as test subjects for inhumane experiments that scarred mentally and physically. I believe that the camp has been maintained because of the history that went on behind the walls of Auschwitz.
Hitler's scientists did horrific tests on the Jews such as cutting off animal wings and limbs and re-attaching them to humans, cutting off arms and legs and connecting the limbs to machines trying to control the nerve impulses, and putting machines into people to enhance them or to control them; sadly the experiments failed and the people died in vein.

The Holocaust has effected change in the world by almost killing all of the Jewish people. The Holocaust was one of the worst times in history, because over 6 million Jews were executed.

I think the death camp has been preserved to show people how awful the Holocaust really was. The death camps were so packed, the people had hard, stiff beds and scarce food to eat. Some people were burned to death in ovens, others had their veins ripped out by magnets that pulled the iron in their tatoos on their wrists.

People during the World War II era were horrible. They were racist. They believed that because the Jews were different, they deserved to die, which is not right. Everyone is different, but we all live on one Earth, and we are all one big family. Families may fight, but the fights bring them closer.

I think the Holocaust effected change in the world because prior to that time, most people could never imagine that it would be possible to wipe out almost an entire group of people because of their beliefs. I think that people became afraid and it brought racism to light. People realized that terrible things like this could happen when they follow blindly a negative power crazed leader. I believe that the death camp has been preserved to remind people of that horrible time and to keep it from ever happening again. It reminds all of us to be so greatful for the freedoms that we have in our society. Examples of man's inhumanity to man from that era include the mass murder against all the Jews of Europe, Dr. Mengela's experimentation on human beings, the imprisonment of millions of men, women and children in concentration camps and the widespread destruction of people's lives.

The Holocaust affected the world because of the death of over 6 million Jews and Russians and basically anyone with dark hair and/or eyes. The Holocaust also brought a dramatic change to people's lives in Germany and any Jews or Russians. And to think that one man, Adolf Hitler, could create such mass homicide and get away with it for as long as he did.

I think the death camp has been preserved because it kind of serves as a reminder of the mistake Germany made by letting Adolf Hitler rule. It also educates people and training historians about what exactly went on inside a death camp and how things ran.

Examples of inhumanity to man is a man. Adolf Hitler. He for some reason thought that only those with blond hair and blue eyes were true German blood. And even though he had dark eyes and brunette hair, he still ordered the mass execution of everyone else with dark eyes and brunette hair. Thus began the Holocaust. One of the largest mass homicides ever committed by one man. And over 6 million innocent children and adults died before it could be stopped. :'(

Holocaust effected the world by almost killing every Jewish or someone who wasn't a full German. I think death camps have been preserved to remind people of that horrible time and to keep it from ever happening again. People during this era would really bad. They didn't care about anyone besides there own kind. They thought just because others were different that they deserved to be dead which isn't right at all, because really were all alike, no one person is more special or better than another

Holocaust has had a big impact on the world. I think it scares people to tink about what kind of horrible things Jews had to go through. It's horrible to think that adolf Hitler killed them just because they had different beliefs then him. The death camps have been preserved because they want people to see how badly they were treated and for history. The Holocaust is only one example of the cruelness of people to other people.

There was no compassion for a different race. It was wrong, and Hitler shouldn't have hated the Jewish community just because his mother died from cancer, and he believed the Jewish doctor killed her. There was no humanity during the Holocaust. It was a horrible thing. They preserved the death camp as a a memorial for the lives lost in there.
Another example, besides Hitler's Holocaust, would be the what Saddam Hussein and The Korean leader have done to their people. In China, they only let you have one kid! Saddam killed his own people! It's just not right! Saddam and Hitler deserved to die......

The Holocaust has changed the world completely. Some of the things that the Nazi's did were horrible, insane, and unbearable to listen to. It made the world come together just like all the tragedies do. We could not even think about what it was like for the Jews to suffer like that for no apparent reason but their religion. It was very unfair and so cruel! I think that the death camps have been preserved because you can't really understand how things were unless you were at the place where this tradgedy happened. I also think they were preserved as a reminder of how much our world has come over the years. Hitler treated other humans like wild animals that needed to be killed just for the fun of it. He was very wrong and it is so sad that a horrible human like him could ever do that!

So that people can see how lucky they should be that they are alive and free and they don't have to suffer like the Jews did. The Holocaust effected change in the world by killing many Jews and other people. I don’t know much about the Holocaust, but I am starting to learn more in class. Death camps have been preserved to show the population of the world that this is a horrible thing that actually happened and should be prevented in the future. Some examples of man's inhumanity to man can be gleened from the WWII era are that Adolf Hitler was a horrible man that put innocent people to death only because of their religion. Another thing that Adolf Hitler did during the WWII era was burn people alive and laugh. He was a very cruel man and deserved nothing.

The holocaust has changed the world's outlook on life in every prospect. I know it has definitely changed my way of thinking. It is very hard for to realize and believe that this cruel stuff was happening to innocent people just because of their race and religion. It's horrible. Everytime I think about it. Read about it, or watch a documentary on it, I shed a tear. Sometime reality kicks in so hard that I just stare in awl and tears don't even come out of my deeply saddened eyes. I think the reason Death Camp has been preserved is so there can be farther research on the Holocaust and for tourism for people who are interested and daring enough to go inside those barbed-wire gates of cruelty. Some examples of man's inhumanity consists of selfishness, horror, and crucial acts of killing. Hitler was definitely the devil of the World War II. It was an awful time and over 6 million innocent people died for only the reason of their race and religion which is very wrong in my book. In everybody's opinion it should be wrong, but unfortunately there probably is someone out there who supports Hitler's beliefs which makes me sick to my stomach everytime I think about it.

The Holocaust has had many negative effects on the way the world is today. If it were not for Hitler’s campaign in Europe the Second World War probably would have never been. Furthermore, there would be a lot more Jewish people in the world today, seeing as over 6 million of them were killed during this dark time in history. The holocaust has also made Germany a feared county because of all the horrible things and mass killings they did in the 1940’s.

The death camp has been preserved so that people can remember what the people there had to go through. They were used as test subjects, killed, malnourished, and fought famine. Holocaust museums and preserved death/concentration camps are some of the most popular and heart wrenching places you could ever possibly visit.

Hitler gave inhumanity a new name during this time in history. Using death camps to exterminate Jews and many others he is arguably the most feared man in world history. The poor humans who were executed in horrible ways had to suffer just because of their religion. The Nazi’s treated them like dogs. Not to mention the hundreds of thousands of people that were killed in the war against Hitler’s followers.

The Holocaust showed how cruel the human mind can be and how fear plays a part in control. In the Holocaust over 6 million Jews were killed as well as many other European minority groups (Poles, Romani, etc). The camp is preserved to show what the Holocaust was and to remember the horrible things that happened during it: like the deaths of many, the scarce food supply, the mattress-less beds, and also human testing. It can be learned from WWII that judging people on race and (or) religion is wrong. Also we learned that what is wrong is wrong and Hitler was wrong killing many and sparing few.

The holocausts: the systematic murder of over 6 million Jews. The Holocausts changed the world. The Holocaust opened the world’s eyes to racism. In response, to this racism many countries became allies with Germany; while others plotted against Germany. The death camp was preserved to preserve the holocaust as a whole. Did you know that over 4 million died at Auschwitz? Did you know that there are still ashes of human beings in the soil? Would you want to get rid of that? World War II was a huge example of man inhumanity. As I explained early, there are still many sign of the mass death that happened at Auschwitz. The Jews were treated like dogs and feed little at all, the horror cannot be described. World War II was a very bad time for the Jews.

I believe this death camp has been preserved to show people how they were treated inside these concentrations compared to the rest of the world who didn’t have to worry about that happening to them. I also believe they preserved it to show people who wanted to get an actual visual picture of a death camp and didn’t want a just a mental picture anymore. Some examples of inhumanity to man would be the mass killing of the Jewish population, having live human experiments performed by Dr. Mengele, and putting iron tattoos in their skin and putting them in magnetic rooms and letting their veins literally rip out of their skin.

I think that the death camps were preserved to show how tortured the Jews were during the Holocaust. Afterall, the way that the fifteen year old author was describing it in the book she wrote, "Walking with Living Feet" made it sound pretty bad. One other very cruel activity that went on during World War Two was having live human experiments performed by Dr. Mengele. Yes, Hitler did some very cruel things to people but on the other hand, God will forgive everyone of their sins no matter how bad they are.

The Holocaust effected the world in many ways. It showed everyone in the world that one man can make a difference on so many peoples lives. In school, they try to tell you that if you try your hardest you can achieve great things and make a difference. In this case, Adolf Hitler achieved the greatest amount of power probably ever held by a single person. Yet, it wasn't the fact that he had that much power, but it was what he chose to do with it.

Adolf Hitler could have done something great but instead he chose a different path. He killed millions of innocent people for not fitting te perfect mold that he thought all people should be. Jews, Gypsies, disabled persons, and many other groups were put to death for practically no reason. The deaths themselves left a crutial impact on the world.

The death camp, Auschwits, had been preserved because it is a major part of the Holocaust and history. These death camps were the last steps of thousands of people who were murdered there. Also, the death camps give you an actual view of where they were forced to live everyday waiting and witing until there time to be killed or set free.
There were many examples of inhumanity during the World War II era but the main one was racism. Jews were killed for being different. They have families, they make mistakes, and they are capable of anything that anyone else can do. Just because they were different, doesn't mean they deserved to die. We are all people that live on earth.

Some people stereotype Germans and that is pure ignorance. The world views Germany as a mean and hateful country and they need to realize that it is a changed country. People who did horrible things may still be alive, but that doesn't mean they are still leaders in Germany in the present day.

The Holocause was a historical event and therefore, the death camps should be preserved. They have been left the same way they were while they were being used and turned into museums.

I think the Holocaust showed the world how easily we can become followers. We can become capable of unimaginable things. It is something that people do not like to think about, but ,with the right leader, a human can skin another human alive.

The holocaust has made many people become jews, and germans. But the death camp has been preserved so that people can look back on all the bad things Hilter has done. Some examples of man's inhumanity to man can be gleened from the world war 2 era, are Holocaust showed bad actions towards other people.

I think the Holocaust made some people hate other races even more. I also think it mad alot of people have a different outlook on people, and the way they live. I think it was preserved becasue it was such an important place, and many lives were lost there.. Also it is very historical. Burning the Jews in human sized ovens, and killing them in gas chambers is very inhumane.

I think the holocuast made a difference in the world in many ways. One thing is it made people fear germans.I think the death camp has been preserved to show people how awful the Holocaust really was. Another thing is to remind people horrible time and to keep it from ever happening again. People in the World War II era were very racist towards Jews.
Also The World War II era had many examples of inhumanity, Mostly from the Holocaust. The Nazis acted like Jews weren't people.

The holocaust has effected and changed the world in many ways. the holocaust was do to being predijce, after it all was over people relized how mean and bad it was to be predjice. the death camp has been prerved so that people can see how bad the death camps were, and the kinds of things people had to go to. the holocaust just shows how bad people tend to treat other people.

The holocaust has changed the world by not judgeing people by their skin color or if their jewsih or any other curtuer. More people are not dieing they are liveing. It shows how they cut off peoples hands put long needles in their eyes and made tatoos on them two see if it would work. And none of them work it just made people die.

Another thing that Adolf Hitler did during the WWII era was burn people alive and laughed about it. He was a very awful man and deserved nothing. Thats what i think!
