I do not believe in ghosts or anything supernatural for the matter. This is because I wasn’t raised around much talk of this. However my mom said she once encountered a ghost. When my brother was about 2 and a half, his father got into a Drag Racing accident and passed away. After this happened, my mom was constantly doing something becuase she recently became a single parent of a toddler. One day she got up because she had to go to work. When she walked out into my living room, she saw my brother’s dad sitting in the rocking chair. When her late husband, Randy, got in the accident, his fave slammed against the steering wheel, breaking his nose, and driving the bone into his brain, causing a brain bleed. Needless to say, his face after the accident was severely disfigured. Even though his face then was disfigured, when my mom saw him it looked perfectly normal. When she saw her husband, she said “Well, what are you doing here?” Randy then replied, “I just came back to make sure everything was okay.” She then noticed his face and said, “Well Randy, your face?” After she said this, he said, as he drew his hand to his heart,”The only place I hurt is here.”. My video. along with other people’s didn’t work.

I could not see the tales in the video as mine would not load, but I do not believe in ghosts. My family has never experienced a supernatural event and nothing has happened when we’ve visited places such as Gettysburg. Sometimes people think they see something haunted or supernatural but it didn’t happen. In addition to my theory, there is no physical evidence that ghosts exist. This is why Ghost Hunters has never caught a ghost in its many years of existence.

Although paranormal avents have not occurred in my home our family owns an old farmhouse in Mannington that is said by many of my family members to be haunted. On many occasions I have been told of objects being mysteriously moved, picture frames being oddly tilted for no good reason, and often inexplicable footsteps. Due too the reasons above I do believe in ghosts to some extent. Since the video wouldn’t load I can’t say if I do or do not believe in the folk tales included in this video. To conclude I believe in ghost and my family’s farmhouse is haunted.

I dont believe in ghost ghost stories or anything paranormal. The only thing that I know of that’s happened to my family is an odd photo taken of my step mom. The photo was of my step mom in the hospital holding her newborn baby. My dad had taken the photo and when they got home they looked at it. They noticed something “paranormal”. There was a cloud of mist that look like a “ghost”. Terri (stepmom) got scared because it was close to the child. It probably was a ghost and it possessed the baby because he’s a tyrant. The tales in the video were interesting and I like to listen to scary thing but I don’t believe in them.

My mom grew up in Richwood West Virginia her grandmother always told her stories about a little girl named Annie who used to live in their house. Unfortunately Annie died from sickness in that house. My mom always heard stories about how Annie loved to read and when my mom was little she saw her sitting on the couch reading a book. My mom swears it was real and not a dream but no one believed her. Around 20 years a later while everyone was asleep she saw a flashing light coming from the living room. When she went to check it out she saw Annie reading a book and all the books in the house were surrounding her. My mom was freaked out and just went back to bed. Yes i do believe that paranormal activity is real but I myself have never seen ghost.

The story of Rose Run in the Tell Tale Lilac bush was told by my great great great grandfather and my nanny used to wear rose perfume and I smell roses all the time. Yes, I do believe in ghosts more like spiritual things like that. I like folklore like that because it’s fun to read and it’s also cool especially when based around West Virginia. Bella Williams.

I believe that some ghosts are real, but not all. I think some of them are just stories that people made up, but I believe some of them are actually real. I also don't think that ghosts can come back to haunt people or move tangible objects. I don't believe the stories in the video because they are all about dead who came back to haunt the living. I have only been told one story where people have appeared to the living that are already dead. My mother said that the year after my great grandmother died, she had fell asleep and woke up to someone saying her name. She woke up and saw the time on the alarm clock which was the exact time and day of my great grandmothers death. When she looked up my great grandmother was standing over her bed and told her that everything was fine and that she was okay.

I do believe in ghosts because of this thing. I live in this part of my house that use to be the old slave quarters in the house . So since there is spookily already it sets a perfect seen. When I went away for vacation for a week and got back and went up into my room everything was open and it wasn’t like anything was stolen, I mean money was still in drawers and stuff was thrown everywhere.

i do not believe in ghost. And although there are no stories pasted down i have one of my own. about two weeks ago i was home alone for some reason but i remember sitting on the couch with my dog and all of a sudden she gets up and starts to run around like she is trying to get away from something only i couldn't see anything. then she stopped and climbed up on the couch with me again. then we heard a big crash from down in the basement i sounded like a log dropping but all if the firewood was in the ground. so i was thinking that i just had an over active imagination so i turned on a show. but then i heard the music box going off in the kitchen but no one had wound it up. so i went in to the kitchen and the music box was on the floor not on the shelf where we had left it. so i put it back up and go in the living room and then i here it again so i go back in to the kitchen and it is on the floor again. i could not watch the video recourse it was not loading.

I am not the type of person who believes in anything paranormal of ghostly. The only thing that has been weird was I had my special banana bread candle. It was setting on the kitchen counter because I was about to light it. I went to go look for some matches when all of a sudden I come back and it is already lit. I was home alone the whole time. That is one reason why I have mono-phobia because I do not believe in ghost's so I thought there was someone in my house. I still have the candle but I never light it. I am thinking that it was lit because my brother may have been home but I did not see him in the house so who knows. I do not believe in anything that was in the video. My family does not either and I never deal with paranormal stuff.

I do not believe in ghosts. One thing that happened in the past was back in Arizona. It was two years ago, I was still in school and these 8th grade girls were in the bathroom taking selfies and messing around. They decided to turn off the bathroom light and put on their flash. After when they took the picture they saw a figure in the background. It was green and looked like a face. I'm not for sure if this was real or not but it was probably the flashing light reflecting off the mirror. I do not believe in any of these folk tales the video has mentioned.

I believe in ghosts. My mom told me this story and in that story. She was at her house and just before she fell asleep my sister's barbie jeep started playing music on its own. My mom said she didn't think anything of it. The jeep turned on again and she went outside wondering why it was doing that because no one was out there when it happened. She said she disconnected the battery and went back inside and layed back down.It turned itself on again. So,she went back outside and saw that the battery was still disconnected. I really believe in ghosts now.

my family does believe in ghosts. My cousin Jessie has had something happen to her as a child. She lived in a modern house in 1994. They would hear children bouncing a ball up and down their stairs at night. They would also hear children playing in the basement with much laughter. This would all happen when they would all sleep during the night. So the history of the house is that there were a couple kids that were terribly abused there. They did end up getting taken by foster care. My cousin at the time was about fourteen years old.

I personally have experienced creepy experiences like lights flickering, doors closing, and many more. Most would say ghosts are responsible for these things but I don't think that's true. I think ghosts that go "boo" are fake however I do believe in angels and spirits. In this video some parts are believable while some are not. Mikayla Hose

I believe in ghosts, because one day when I was home and no one else was home only my one cat and my cat was with me I heard something downstairs, and also my Step mom recorded her TV and orbs of spirits showed up on the screen. In my life time I have only seen 3 paranormal activities in my life time. And the third one is that when my nanny passed away in her house on her bed every time I go to her house which is now my cousins I hear weird groaning noises then I told my mom about it and she said it was just my cousins baby but then I asked my cousin If her baby groaned and she said no. So then I stay out of that room whenever I go up there.

Not much that has been paranormal has happened to me. Except, one time, my door like opened and shut, at around like 3 in the morning. Which was really late and I was scared because i was the only person in my house awake. I didn’t see it i just heart one of my necklaces hanging on my door knob, smack off the wooden door. I do believe in ghosts, and I think they are very scary. Also I believe the folk tales because I believe in ghosts.

I personally have never had a personal ghost experience. In fact in my family only the eldest of us such as my grandma and grandpa have such tails. My Mom may have one or two I suppose but she never really goes into detail to much cause they were so surreal. As does my Dad he definitely refuses to go into detail because his were so scary. Yet the elders of my family have no fear or problem in explaining there experiences and encounters with the dead, strange, and bizarre. In this video I find all the tales very suspicious and I think they need some real investigating but I personally do not believe in ghosts. At least not physically, I believe in events that can’t be explained but everything eventually will reveal its self or something about its origins. In conclusion I personally don’t have any encounters with the beyond but the elders if m my family just might.

So no I don’t think ghost are real I believe there are angels and demons.

I enjoy listening to ghost stories. I found them fascinating and intriguing, but I don't believe they are real. I do believe in angels. I believe the spirits of loved ones watch over us. Nothing abnormal or ghost-like has ever happened to me. My mom, however, believes that her grandmother was watching over as she was trying to remember how to crochet a baby blanket. Her grandmother was the person who taught her how to crochet. After several attempts she became frustrated when all of a sudden her hands just started crocheting the pattern. She believes my great grandmother was guiding her.

There are some crazy things that has happened i’m my house. Even though my house is new I still believe there is ghost that are in my house. While we’re building i had found really old antiques everywhere on the ground. The scary thing that happened is when I fell asleep I turned my light off when I had woken up the light was on. I asked my parents if it was them and they told me no. There is a strange pattern with lights being on in my house. I believe there’s a ghost in my house who wants the lights to stay on. I love listening to ghost stories i think they are very cool. There are some stories i believe and then others seem very far fetched.

Yes, I do believe in ghosts. But my whole family doesn’t. So nothing really has happened to them but me in the other hand has had some experiences. One being about 8 years ago my dad died and every now and then something odd happens that reminds me of him. I don’t have very clear memories of him, because of how young I was. But once in a while if I put my hand on a picture of me and him together I can remember a memory pretty clearly and I’ve had other experiences that have had to do with him. I do believe in folktales some of the time, but others seem very far fetched and unexplained.

Well, I don’t believe in ghost but however my mom tells me a story how before I was born and at one of our old homes. The house was supposedly haunted, she says one night she had a couple of formers over and we have the vase that sits up on our living room table, well she still has it til this day and she claims that her and her friends were playing cards or whatever and the vase just magically falls over and then sits for about 5 minutes so her and her friends aren’t worried about it, so they continue with their game. Well about 19 minutes passed and out of nowhere the vase just ends back up on the table no one touched it, it was just there so my mom said she was freaking out stayed the night at her friends house for about 3 days cause she was scared to go back in by herself eventually became over the house and decided to go back and live for another year before moving out.

There are many unexplainable things that happen in my family. Especially my grandmas house, to get phone calls from their own phones and everything that Irvington ghost does(It’s what they blame everything on). One day, we were sitting watching a football game and my grandpa got a phone call from my grandmas phone that was sitting right in front of her. We know the call wasn’t from her, but it still called my grandpa. This happen about five times and then it stopped. A couple of minutes later we were all sitting around the TV, and we heard a big bang in the office building upstairs. We all left the house in fear and went back to my house. I don’t believe in ghosts and I don’t believe in the folktales told in the story.

I do believe in ghost because of things that has happened in my house. One night I was in my moms room alone and it was dark the only thing on was the tv. The door was cracked but it opened more and then I looked up and seen a shadow come into the room. I didn’t pay much attention to it but then I seen it again at the foot of the bed. I still didn’t pay attention to it, I just went back to watching YouTube. But about 2 weeks ago i was in my room and I was the only one upstairs and my moms door was locked but it sounded like someone was in there trying to get out. I looked out my door to see if anything was there and of course nothing was so I go back in my room and then it happens again....

No, I do not believe in ghosts. One time I did encounter a spiritual thing once my mom went to get groceries and I was home alone. I immediately ran upstairs and called my mom to come home, still do this day I'm terrified to go to the basement. No I do not believe the folktales in this video because I don't believe in ghosts.

No, I do not believe in ghost but I believe in spirts because of what has happened to me when I was younger. When I was around 7 or 8 I would hear footsteps in my downstairs. They were very light but loud enough to hear from upstairs if you listened closely. I would go downstairs and walk around because I didn’t really know what was happened or going on at that age. I was very hard to scare and I still am to this day. No I do not believe that folktales that’s are shown in this video because I feel like they were overthought and not believeable.

I get them out to look at them sometimes, when I am done and I'm sure I put all of them back I go downstairs and get something to eat or drink. I come back up to my room and there is one sitting on my bed.

I do believe in ghost because I am a huge fantasy reader and believe in most of the stuff I read. Some ghostly stuff had happened around my grandparents apartment. One day when I was letting my dog out at 4am she did her usual routine, but she suddenly looked to the house across the street at first I just thought she saw a tree but then I saw that it was a person. Before I could even react they ran away but what made it scary is that they looked completely black, despite that area being lit by a street light.

I don’t believe in ghosts, I never have and I never will. However I do believe there are some things that are unexplainable by science. I have encountered only two ‘paranormal’ experiences in my life. The most recent one was the scariest of the two. I moved into my current house about a year ago, and it’s an old house. My house is around 100 years old, and it rests on the East side of Fairmont. They’ve redone many parts of my house, but most remain the same as they did years and years ago. I have button light switches, a laundry chute, and many other old features. There’s a very large tree outside of my house, and my sister’s window is directly in front of it. She’s 9 years old, and she’s very mature for her age. It was about 3:00 AM one summer night, and my brother and I were the only people awake at that time. Bree, my sister, was dead asleep and came running into my room at the speed of sound. She was hyperventilating and she was clearly terrified. I had asked her what happened and she told me she saw a man in the big tree outside. I assumed that she has just saw a bird and tried to calm her, but she persisted for my brother and i to investigate further. So, we did. We went outside and saw nothing. We put her back to bed and we had decided to hang out in my room since we were on edge. We were just talking when we heard footsteps downstairs. We were terrified and we went to bed in hopes of avoiding whatever was downstairs. A few weeks later, our landlord told us that a man had hung himself on the tree, and his wife said he often paced around downstairs at night. Now, i’m not sure what Bree saw or what we heard, but it was truly terrifying. As for the folk tales in the video, i don’t believe them. They seem to be a stretch from the truth.

I don't believe ghost I believe in the holy sprit tho but there has be some creepy things happen to me one day my family went out to eat but I didn't go because I wasn't hangry so I went to my friends house but before I left I turned off all the lights but like an hour or two later I came home and all the lights was on like I mean everyone of them all the bedroom lights the bathroom everything was on so I started thinking like did I turn the lights out and I'm 75% sure I did but from that day to now nothing has happened so I figured I was crazy.

I believe in ghosts one hundred percent and many crazy things have happened but one in particular I came home from school and nobody was home because they went cloths shopping and for some reason I felt like I was being watched .so I go upstairs and was playing a game and I heard our door alarm say "door open" "door closed" then a loud bang came from down stairs I'm not very smart so I go check and a picture of my grandpa was on the ground and it was shattered so I pick it up and set it back on the table and as I'm cleaning the glass the picture falls again in the same exact spot I then high tell it back up to my room and start watching something to forget about it but I think it was my grandpa trying to tell me he was here and I wasn't listening so he had to scare me. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else ------ EZRA stout

In my opinion, I do not believe in ghosts. I do believe that there is something supernatural or non-human in the world. One story I’ve heard that is supernatural, is from my Tio. He was driving back from California for a family reunion when he saw a shape in the middle of the road. At the time it was dark and the road was deserted so he couldn’t see that clearly. When he was approaching the figure he could see the details clearly. What he saw wasn’t human and he said he saw the diablo or devil. The thing ran after his car and kept pace even when he went over the speed limit. When he returned to his home in Arizona he saw long claw marks on the side of the car door. He has swore that he will no longer watch or even participate in anything doing with the supernatural. I have never seen anything supernatural so that why I don’t believe in it. But something bad can still happen in the world.

Yes, I do believe in ghosts because of everything that has happened at my house. The folklore stuff is different because it has so many stories and every legend is different from the others. Like the legend of Mothman or the one with the Cherokee wild cat, they all are different from each other and have so much more that is different than it.

I do believe in ghosts and spirits. I am into ghost stories, horror movies, and haunted places. A story of something haunting that happened to my family occurred at my Aunts house. They lived in the house for years. There’s even a story about it in some book. There was a man that worked in the coal mines and he was killed by an explosion. He would turn lights on and off around the house and he was very friendly. But when my aunt went on to college he began to shatter plates and turn on the static t.v. very loudly. My Aunt came back after her parents were complaining and the ghost disappeared. Therefore i do believe in the stories in the video and in spiritual activity.

I hate horror movies or stories because they make me have nightmares and I felt uncomfortable after watching horror movies. I would feel like there’s someone follow me to everywhere I go even there’s no one. One day at night, I went to bed and my room was the room at the last floor of the house. And I heard creeping at the top of my room, it stops for a few seconds and it started again. I try to sleep, but I can’t; then the creeping stops, and I didn’t hear again. I was wondering did my sister heard the sound, but she is sound asleep, so I didn't ask. I was pretty creep out, but I didn’t tell anyone this experience. I have never believed in ghosts or spirits and anything along those lines. Ghost and spirits are souls that still have something to do on the physical plane instead of going to the astral realm. That why you hear about them haunting places because they still have something to do on Earth and they can't leave until that goal is completed. I'm christian and i believe and heaven and hell and everything in between. I believe that souls go to heaven and don't stay on Earth, but i do believe that they watch over us from heaven and still are with us.

I think that paranormal things are not real. I think that they are either hoax's, or just natural occurrences . If something is "mysteriously moved" or " you get chills" its just a natural thing. Maybe someone came in the room went you weren't in there and maybe you got hit by a breeze and you just got a little cold. And I think spirits are not a thing. Its just a hoax. There is no scientific evidence supporting them. But, iv'e never seen a paranormal event or been in one so maybe i'm wrong. But, I personally think they are fake.

She thought it was her deceased son, Johnathan, that came back to tell her he was alright. I think the ghost stories in the video are made up and just used to scare people.

I kept getting them through the night so it was very difficult for me to sleep. I woke up the next morning and I saw my hoodie was on the floor next to my tv stand, which it hadn't been there the night before, so I figured it was my sister or mom, but I don't know. I was like 8, so maybe I was over exaggerating.

I personally do not believe in ghosts. Of course there are some stories that may seem like they are linked to the supernatural, but there is always a logical explanation as to why it happened. Ghost stories are just another form of entertainment for kids and adults. Nothing spooky or unusual has happened to my family at all. The video will not play for me. -riley moore 4/5 period

I do believe in ghosts (or maybe spirits or angels) because of the story my mom told me about my grandma's sister. My grandma's sister died a few days before so things were already a little sad and weird. Although it got even weirder when this happened. First, a picture fell off the wall totally randomly and no trace of a cause. Then my Grandma and Grandpa woke up to the sound of footsteps on the roof and the sound of wings flapping. To this day they think it was an angel from heaven but we will never know for sure. Sometimes I don't believe the things I see in videos because I think they are fake or staged ahead of time. I think they exaggerate very much in youtube videos like these.

I do believe that there is spirits that come around good and bad. One day I was talking to my mom about ghosts. She told a me story that seemed really unusual but I believed my mom because she is my mom. She said that her great grandmother saw a angel stand informs of her bed watching over her. I thought that was very strange thing to hear or imagine. She got this from a primary source her grandmother and til this day I do believe that ghosts are real. In this video I do think some of it is real because there can be angels and demon spirits everywhere around us we just don’t know it. Dominick Barone 1/2 period.

I actually do believe in ghosts. My story is that I have played the ouija board with one of my friends on my trampoline. If you didn't know you can make an ouija board out of cardboard and cut off the bottom of a plastic water bottle and we did just that. We were playing and we were not moving it we had one finger on it lightly. We got the worst spirit which I will not name because I believe in ghosts and spirits. It is also very bad to say her name. I believe in ghosts and spirits because I believe in the Devil and God. I also think if you believe in those two and think they are really how would spirits, devils, and ghosts not be real.

I dont believe in ghosts and all that what not. But one of my family members was flying from florida to come to west virginia and when he was on his way to go to his plane he ran into an old friend. They were talking for so long that my family member missed his flight. But the plane he missed crashed and everybody died and my family member found out a few weeks later that his friend died a couple of years prior. So my family believes it was an angle or a ghost. Even though i dont believe in this stuff it is still interesting to hear about.

I personally do not believe in ghosts what so ever. However in my family lots of strange things happen. My uncle owns a farm that has been passed down for generations and this farm is out in deep woods in Wetzel county this farm has much history such as the fact there is a old burial mound up in the woods with bone chilling stories i could tell you about. One of these stories is about a well known beast in the hills known as the white thing. In the late 90's a man was driving along the road after dropping off his girlfriend, as he was driving home he saw a deer in the road he stopped, honking at it to get away but all a sudden a tall beast described as 8-9 ft tall, white fure and runs on all fours but stands on its hind legs. as he tried to start the car it pulled him out and mulled him and he was in so much pain but after it left he didn't have a scratch. and that's my story.

I for one do not believe in ghosts. The only thing extraordinary that has ever happened in my home is probably just the floor creaking randomly ,but other than that nothing special. I personally do not believe in ghosts ,but some stories are pretty convincing. Some of these folktales I believe because they are so convincing. I also believe that some of these things could be real. The people tell them so descriptively that its scary. Even after these stories I don't believe in ghosts.

I do not believe in any ghosts or supernatural figures. I don't think any of my family members have ever encountered one, but many people have said that they seen or experienced some ghosts. Many people believe because they can't explain something or they don't understand some problem. It probably started in West Virginia with old native american myths, legends, and folktales. A popular myth or ghost belief is the Point Pleasant Mothman. I don't believe in any supernatural causes and have never experienced any either. People in West Virginia say that they experience these figures such as the Mothman or in the Trans-Allegheny Insane Asylm.

I don’t believe in ghosts at all. I don’t think my family believes in ghosts or the paranormal, but I have friends that do and know of people who claim to have seen ghosts. I don’t believe in the folktales spoken about in this video just because I know better than to believe in the supernatural. Although some of them could be true and are very creepy and convincing, I still do not believe in them. I do however find the supernatural entertaining and sometimes find myself wishing it were real.

I do believe in ghosts. I have had a lot of “experiences” with the supernatural. I also just believe that you go somewhere and that there is an afterlife besides Heaven and Hell. Many times, I have heard my name being called out when I was younger and still here it. Once when I was little me and my brother were playing outside, and we heard our names being called and we could have sworn that it was our parent, but it wasn’t. Yes, there are some folk tales in the video that I believe I. There are just so many unexplained things that happen in this world to not believe that there are other things out there in the world.

I do not really believe in ghosts or spirits or anything like that. I do believe that when people die, their spirits go to heaven and can still watch over us. My family has not experienced any ghosts I don't think. But, my grandparents have a yard sale every year. Right after my great grandma died, a my grandma says she sees the same butterfly come to the yard sale every year. She believes it is my great grandma coming to make sure we are okay. The video did not load so I didn't watch it, but my family does believe in the Mothman.

I personally don’t really believe in ghost, but I do believe in angles and good spirits. My family personally has never experienced anything ghost related, but we have experienced stuff with angles. At my old house we had a camera at the front door so we could see who was at my house, well one day we got an alert that someone was at my front door, so we checked the cameras. When we checked the camera, no one was there. On the camera we saw a figure that looked like an angle wing and it had colors throughout it. We like to say my sister was coming to visit us. I think that ghost shows and movies are interesting and such, but i do not think that ghosts are real. I am not really sure of my families views on ghosts and paranormal activities. Nothing paranormal has ever really happened to my family. At least nothing besides the random door creaking or "footsteps". I do believe that all good souls go to heaven though. Of course other people have had their fair share of paranormal activity but a lot of them have a logical explanation behind them

Yes something unusual has happened to me. One time I was in my paps house while everybody was out side at his pool and i went down the hallway to go to the bathroom and i heard somebody say my name but I didn't know who's voice it was. And i just stood there trying to see if I here them again but then I got really cold and I was scared. That was my unusual encounter and yes I think it was a ghost and every time im in his house I feel like something or someone is watching me.

I do not believe in ghosts. I think they are just made up to scare you. The only thing that I have ever experienced that could be a ghost is when I was about 7 years old I was sitting on my couch and I heard a loud noise in the next room so I went to go over and check it, but there was no one there. I personally don't believe in ghosts but my mom does believe in the supernatural. One reason she does is when I was about 2 years old I would go outside to play with a dog I called spike and there was nothing there but my father had a dog named spike that died the day I was born and no one brings him up to this day. I also described him perfectly and when he died all the photo of him either deleted or burned up in flames. I do believe in some supernatural events but not all.-Julienne Raines 1/2 period

I would say I don't really believe in ghosts I would say people did see something, but it probably wasn't ghosts. I’ve seen that some places that are haunted in West Virginia is where people died because of murder or suicide. Some of these places are The Lake Shawnee Amusement Park, 22 Mine Road, Logan County Lewisburg, The West Virginia State Penitentiary, and the Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum. These stories have some type of death at some point.

Once in the 4th grade I saw a black figure with white eyes and white teeth no mouth and he was as small as a 5-7 year old boy. He was in the front of my door with a bad in his teeth and I was so scared when he disapdisapped that I ran into my moms room and stayed there for the night. When I woke up the next morning the bag was still laying in my doorway and I didnt stay in my own room for like 5 months. I would see him every other night and now he just moved on and I dont see him anymore, kinda miss him. Yes I believe in ghosts. Yes I do believe in them because theres enough proof to make it true and believable.

One time in 4th grade my little sister and I were minding are own business and playing in our phones, it was super quiet in my house. My little sister and I were home alone. Out of no where we here someone walking so we thought someone came home so we walked out to see who it was, but no one was home so we decided to ignore it. A couple minutes later I put my little sister in the shower and went back to my room to here the same foot steps happen again. So at this point i was freaked out, but I decided to keep my cool. When my little sister was done I had to pick out her clothes and get her ready for the day, but when I was changing her all of her clothes started moving like crazy, we freaked out and ran to my room and locked the door. Yes I believe in ghost, but I usually only believe ghost stories if it sounds true or not.

One day, when I was 7-8 I was living in my house. I was walking past the front door. I saw something strange. It was a man. He looked as if he was a soldier, he might’ve served in a war like the civil war. He might’ve had a cold face or a smile. My grandma said her father died, and when she was in California, he came to her (as a ghost or spirit) and they didn’t split money for something evenly so he told her to get it right, so she did. But yes I believe in ghosts. The concept in general is really interesting. I couldn’t watch the video because it said it wasn’t available. I watched a different, haunted places in West Virginia. I kinda believe in the tales they talked about on my different video.

Yes, I believed in ghosts. Last year I went to the trans Allegheny lunatic asylum for their Halloween program where you go through at night and get scared by actors and etc. Well while going through one particular hallway I got an uneasy vibe. It felt like someone was always watching me or right behind me when it was none of my friends. At times it felt like someone was choking me and along with breathing on me or a tug would occur. At one moment I got all dizzy and fell; and I started going pale. I thought that I saw someone behind my friends with sort of glare at me like there doing it to me it was a women I think I really couldn’t tell but as soon as I got outside I was fine. It was one of the craziest things that happened to me ever! But, I will go back someday.

Honestly, nothing spooky or scarily mysterious has ever happened to me or in my house. I don't believe in ghosts, so maybe I just ignore things that maybe do happen. My parents did have a spooky encounter however. One night at their old house my mom couldn't sleep, so she went to the living room to read but she saw police lights. So, she went and checked the back yard but nothing was there. She then looked out the front window and saw a police car just sitting there with it's lights off. But that isn't it. She then went back to her room and tried to sleep, only to wake up at about 3:30 a.m. and the same thing happened, although she woke my dad up this time too. The second time it happened, they looked all around the outside of the house and looked for anything that might be making them see it because the police car was no longer there. So, in the morning they checked in the daylight, and in the fenced-off backyard, there was a hole burned into the ground. It's still unexplained to this day and remained there until they moved. We do not know if it still remains or not.

There is an old ghost story that runs through my family that happened to my Great Grandmothers children. This is also a true story. So at my Family’s farm in an old abandoned house in one of the meadows over the hill that people usually forget about. There were three men who had stayed in the house playing poker and drinking beer during a huge snow storm. One night one of the men had died so the other two men had dragged in onto the porch during a snow storm and left him there till spring. When spring came around the frozen body was gone. My family says that the man who died still haunts that house. My Uncles and Aunts had heard sound and seen things move in that house with no explanation. I do believe in ghosts. I also believe in folktales because back then that was one thing that you could forever pass on. Kate Eshenaur 6/7 period
